【摘要】 作为国民经济的重要基础产业,林业对人类社会的发展起着举足轻重的作用。人们越来越清晰地认识到,森林是陆地生态系统的主体,是人类赖以生存的不可缺少的重要资源,更是关系人类生存与发展的社会公益事业。内蒙古自治区是我国林业大省之一,其林业经济增长在我国林业中一直占有主体地位。因此,科学客观地研究林业经济增长因素,全面系统地分析各因素对林业经济增长的影响程度,探讨促进林业经济增长的有效途径,已经成为内蒙古林业发展迫切需要解决的问题。本文立足于内蒙古林业,结合内蒙古区情和林情,系统阐述林业经济增长问题,在应用经济学原理对林业经济增长问题加以分析的基础上,然后运用主成分分析、聚类分析以及多元回归等数学统计方法,分别从时间序列数据、截面数据角度进行测算,以衡量各种影响因素对林业经济增长所起的作用,进而判断各影响因素的影响程度。最后,结合内蒙古林业“十一五”规划,预测内蒙古林业经济增长的发展趋势,从而提出保持林业投入适度增长、大力发展林业教育、加快林业技术进步、建立健全林业制度体系等促进内蒙古林业经济增长的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important and fundamental industry of the national economy, forestry is vital useful to social development. The people more and more realize clearly that forest is the main body of land ecosystem, which is not only a kind of essential resource to humanity’s survival, but also a part of public undertaking to social development.The Inner Mongolia is one of forest principal provinces of our country, which forestry economic growth always holds the important position. Therefore, studying objectively the forestry economic growth factors, analyzing systematically the influenced degree of various factors to the forestry economic growth and seeking the effective ways to improve forestry economic growth, which is already become an urgent question to solve in Inner Mongolia.This thesis based on the Inner Mongolian forestry, sets forth systematically the questions of forestry economic growth. And on the using of relative economic principles, the article takes use of some mathematics methods to look for the influenced degree of various factors to the forestry economic growth, including principle component analysis, cluster analysis and so on. Then, it combines quantitative analyses with“the 11th five-year plan”on Inner Mongolian forestry, and forecasts the developmental tendency of forestry economic growth in Inner Mongolia. Finally, it puts forward effective measures to improve forestry economy growth, such as adding investment fund to forestry continuously, developing the education on forestry, speeding up the advance of forestry technology and so on.更多还原
