【摘要】 目的：观察逍遥舒坤汤治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的有效性和安全性。方法：将60例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组服用逍遥舒坤汤，对照组服用妇可靖胶囊，4周为一个疗程，经期停药，一个疗程后复查。观察两药治疗慢性盆腔炎的综合疗效、中医证候疗效、治疗前后两组患者血液流变学指标、血沉、CA₁₂₅及B超附件包块大小等的变化情况。结果：治疗组综合疗效为93.3％，对照组为70.0％，二者比较差异有显著意义（P＜0.01）。在中医证候疗效方面，治疗组总有效率为93.3％，对照组为73.3％，差异有显著性（P＜0.01）。治疗后两组患者局部体征积分比较、疗前疗后积分差值比较差异均具有显著性（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。治疗组在改善部分血液流变学指标、改善血沉、减小B超附件包块大小、降低血清CA₁₂₅等方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。试验过程中未发现明显不良反应。结论：逍遥舒坤汤是治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的理想药物，安全、有效，值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and security of Xiao-Yao-Shu-Kun Decoction on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease（CPID）with qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods:We selected 60 patients with CPID and devided them randomly into treated group（30 cases,treated with Xiao-Yao-Shu-Kun Decoction） and controled group（30 cases,treated with Fukejing Capsule）.Callback was done after one period of treatment which lasts for 4 weeks.After treatment the improvements of clinical symptoms and the changes in the blood rheology、ESR、CA₁₂₅ and the size of the accessory inflammatory mass examed by the brightness mode ultrasonic were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate is 93.3% in the treated group,while it is 70.0% in the control group,there is significant difference between them （P<0.01）. By means of improving symptoms,the curative rate in the treated group is 93.3% and 73.3%,as well as the control group.Analyzed with statistic method,they are significantly different（PO.Ol）. The treated group excelled the control group in improving part of the indexes of blood rheology ,ESR ,minishing the size of the inflammatory mass and reducing CA₁₂₅ levels（P<0.05）. Harmful reaction was not found during the course of clinical application.Conclusions: Xiao-yao-shu-kun Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease（CPID）with qi stagnation and blood stasis.It is worth further researching.更多还原
