【摘要】 宗教,是一种对国际政治具有着重大影响力的因素,是国际政治研究的重要对象。在国际政治活动中,只要能体现一定宗教精神并能相对独立存在、发展的任何一种形式,都可称之为“宗教因素”。从历史演变的角度来看,宗教对人类社会的影响是多方面的,包括政治、经济、文化、军事等等。进入21世纪,国与国之间的联系日益密切、彼此依赖逐步加强,宗教更是成为影响国际关系的不确定因素。谁能运用得好,谁就能拥有“兵不钝而利可全”的国际影响力。反之,将导致国与国之间的冲突、甚至使个别地区动荡不安。作为一把“双刃剑”,宗教能否对世界发展和和平做出贡献,关键在于我们能否正确认识它、驾驭它。同时宗教问题也是我国目前面临的一个严峻的问题,关系着我国最核心的民族利益,关系着我国改革事业能否顺利进行,关系着人民的根本需求。宗教的历史可以追述到很久远的年代。它与政治的关系也处于不断变化中。宗教对国际政治的影响随着不同的历史时期而表现不同。古代国际政治交往中的宗教主要起纽带的作用;在近代国际政治活动中,宗教是与殖民活动紧密联系的,具有强烈的工具性;进入现代国际政治以来,宗教问题以其复杂性、暴力性成为影响世界和平与发展的重要因素。在与国际政治互动过程中,宗教同国际行为体的关系是十分密切的,并且出现了新的情况。如宗教非政府组织的大量出现、原教旨主义的泛滥等等。鉴于此,本文试图对国际政治中的宗教因素进行一些粗浅的分析与探索,以进一步对宗教在国际政治中的发展趋势做出判断。笔者希望能为我国相关决策提供参考,以促进我国各方事业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The religion, is the factor which has the significant influence to the international politics, is the important object in international political research. In international politics, any kind of form that can manifest the certain religious spirit and the relatively independent existence, the development, all may call it“the religious factor”. Looking from the history that, the religion to human society’s influence is various, including politics, economy, culture, military and so on. Enters for the 21st century, the relation between the country and another country strengthening, the religion becomes the unstable factor to influence international relations. Who can utilize well, who can gain the international influence“the soldier not but benefits may entire”. On the contrary, it will cause the individual area turbulent. The religion is“the double-edged sword”, whether makes the contribution to the world, the key lies in us whether truly to know it, controls it. Simultaneously, at present the religious question also is a stern question which our country will faces,is relating most core national benefit, the reform smoothly to carry on, people’s basic demand.The history of religion may recount the very remote age. It also is in with the political relations unceasingly changes. The religion displays different influence to the international political along with the different historical period. Ancient times in the international politics, religion was main the link; In the modern international politics activity, the religion is close relation to the action of colonizes, was tools; Since has entered the modern international politics, the religious question by its complexity, the violence becomes the important attribute on world peace and the development. At interaction in the religion and the international politics, religion is day by day close with the international behavior body, and had the new situation. For example RNGOS appearance、Islamic fundamentalism flourished.In view of this, this article attempts to carry on some shallow analyses , exploration to the religion, by further makes the judgement to the religion in the international political development.
