【摘要】 法制类电视节目作为一种特殊的电视节目形态,在社会主义法制国家的建设进程中,发挥了巨大的推动作用。中国法制电视节目的产生、发展与兴盛与中国法制建设息息相关。在法制化国家逐步建立的同时,法制类电视节目在我国也逐步走向成熟和繁荣,并具有中国特色。它走过的每一步都记录着中国法制建设的进程,实现电视法制节目与法制建设的互动发展。法制类电视节目适应社会的多元化需求,作为我国法制建设中的一种重要工具或手段承担着特殊的社会功能。毫无疑问,由于社会需求之间本身存在着一定的矛盾甚至冲突,并非所有的需求都可以通过法制类电视节目实现,而且这些社会需求的协调与平衡也会直接影响到法制类电视节目自身的功能。法制类电视节目想要做到有所突破,必须实现节目的规范与法制化,建立健全的新闻管理体制和自律机制,同时还要加深对法的理解和对法治精神的把握,提高节目质量。文章以社会学和法学为切入点,以电视节目制作和播出的基本规律为基础,用事例得出的确切数据对法制类电视节目进行解读。不仅将法制类电视节目作为一种单纯的电视节目形态,还将电视法制传播纳入文化的视野,将法制类电视节目和中国法制社会的建设进程结合起来,较为完整和系统的对中国法制类电视节目进行了探究和解读。以期搭建出一个较有系统性的研究平台。通过逐层研究,对中国法制类电视节目有一个点面结合的整体关照,从中透析出法制电视节目与我国建设法制社会之间密切的联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The legal educational TV show, as a particular species of TV program, plays an important role in the legal construction of socialist state. The creation, development and flourish of the legal educational TV show have gone along correspondingly with the legal construction in China. When our nation is under the construction of a legal system, the legal educational TV show has its trend of being mature, flourishing, carrying Chinese characteristics. Its own development reflects the growing progress of the legal construction and the legal educational TV show. The legal educational TV show could get better on applying the suggestions followed: implement the standardization and legalization of its program; establish healthy management and self-discipline; comprehend the lawful spirit which should also be caught on to enhance the program quality. There are difference ingime and economic basis between China and America, and the idea of freed of press in these omtries are entially different,In this paper,through the analysis and comparison between freedom of TV news in China and America,a clear view of the bourgeois freedom of TV news and a deeper understanding of the freedom of TV news in China are ebtained. The birth , development and popularity of Chinese TV legal programs are closely connected with Chinese legal con2struction. Every step of it has recorded the progress of Chinese legal construction. In order to develop the interaction between them, itis necessary to standardize and legalize the programs , establish sound news management system and self - controlling system, deep understanding of law and of law spirit to improve the quality of the programs.更多还原
