【摘要】 职业篮球文化是在职业篮球实践活动中,长期探索与积淀而形成的。职业篮球文化作为一种软约束,直接影响到职业篮球联赛的意识、精神、气氛和凝聚力水平等,而这些又成为影响职业篮球联赛战略的制定与实施、结构正常运行及其有效性得以发挥的重要因素。职业篮球文化中蕴涵着丰富的积极、健康、团结向上的精神内核。优秀的职业篮球文化对实现职业篮球目标、塑造职业篮球形象、培育职业篮球道德及形成职业篮球价值观等都有非常积极的作用。职业篮球联赛通过科学、有计划、有步骤地培养职业篮球文化,能够有效的提高职业篮球联赛的知名度和美誉度,树立良好的职业篮球形象。良好的职业篮球形象可以使职业篮球联赛得到社会公众的信赖与支持,为自身的发展创造和谐的內部气氛和良好的外部环境,增强职业篮球的竞争能力。职业篮球文化对职业篮球经营业绩的贡献不仅体现为招徕观众获得直接收益,而且体现为提高无形资产获得更多的间接收益。职业篮球联赛被公认为创造与展现企业文化的有效载体,良好的职业篮球文化环境是拓展职业篮球无形资产价值的基础。本文首先对职业篮球文化的概念、內涵,职业篮球文化的结构与功能等基本理论问题进行深入的分析,研究总结NBA职业篮球文化建设的成功经验。其次,从职业篮球文化结构的三个层面,即深层、中层和表层,对中国职业篮球文化建设现状进行分析,提出:1.传统文化是制约中国职业篮球文化建设的主观因素;2.政治经济状况足制约中国职业篮球文化建设的客观因素;3.外来文化是制约中国职业篮球文化建设的重要因素。最后,提出加强中国职业篮球文化建设的对策:1.加强职业篮球文化理念的认识;2.完善职业篮球文化建设的制度结构;3.创造职业篮球文化建设的物质环境;4.突出职业篮球文化的民族特色;5.树立良好职业篮球文化形象;6.加大职业篮球文化的推广包装;7.加强职业篮球文化传播网络建设;8.加强职业篮球文化建设参与者的素养。为中国职业篮球文化建设提供理论和实践依据,推动中国职业篮球全面、协调、可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The professional basketball culture is constructed in the practice, investigating and accumulating over a long period of time. The professional basketball culture, as a kind of soft stipulation, affected the consciousness, spirit, atmosphere and coagulate of the dint level of the professional basketball match ...etc. directly, which became the important factors again that affected the strategic establishment and implement of the professional basketball match, normal structure circulate and the development of its usefulness. It contains the spirit inside of abundant of aggressive, health, solidify upward in the professional basketball culture spirit. The excellent professional basketball culture have the very aggressive function on the realize of the professional basketball morals, the becoming of the professional basketball value and target and the molding of the professional basketball image...etc. towards carrying out. The professional basketball match can raise the popularity, the good reputation degrees of the professional basketball match effectively and set up the good professional basketball image by science and designing plan of professional basketball culture. The good professional basketball image can make the professional basketball match get the trust and supports of the society public, creating the harmonious internal atmosphere and good exterior environments for the development of itself, strengthening the competition ability of the professional basketball. The contribution that the professional basketball culture conducted to the professional basketball embodied not only by attracting the audience to acquire the direct income, and by raising the immaterial assets to acquire more indirect incomes. The professional basketball match is generally accepted as the effectively body to create and emerge the corporate culture. The good professional basketball culture environment is the foundation that expands the professional basketball immaterial assets value.This paper firstly analysis the basic theories problems such as the concept, content, structure and function of the professional basketball culture, summaries the successful experience that the NBA culture construction. Secondly, from three levels of the professional basketball culture structure, namely deep, intermediate and surface layer, anglicizing the present condition the of Chinese professional basketball culture construction, putting forward: 1.The traditional culture is the subjective factor that restricted the Chinese professional basketball culture construction; 2.The political and economic condition is the objective factors; 3.The foreign culture is an important factor. In the end, it puts forward the counter plan that strengthens the Chinese professional basketball culture construction: 1.Strengthen the understanding of the professional basketball culture principle;2.Perfect the system structure of the professional basketball culture construction;3.Create the material environment of the professional basketball culture construction;4.Extrude the race special features of the professional basketball culture;5.Set up the good professional basketball culture image;6.Expansion the packing of the enlargement professional basketball culture;7.Strengthen the transition of professional basketball culture network construction;8.Strengthen the quality training of the professional basketball culture constructors.
