【摘要】 体育传统项目学校是我国运动训练管理体制三级训练网络中的初级形式,体育传统项目的训练与竞赛是优秀体育后备人才培养的基础环节。安徽省现有省级体育传统项目学校119所,是我省竞技体育后备人才的重要输送基地。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对我省80所省级体育传统项目学校的现状进行调查分析,发现存在的问题,并提出符合我省省级体育传统项目学校改革、发展实际的相应对策。研究结果表明:目前安徽省省级体育传统项目学校存在的主要问题有:行政管理力度不够,制度建立尚不完善;项目布局不合理;教练员执教能力较薄弱,训练科学化水平较低;运动员后备人才资源缺乏,输送渠道不畅;竞赛制度落后;训练条件不足;社会支持度不高,发展环境较差,等等。本文在调查研究的基础上,就安徽省省级体育传统项目学校改革、发展中存在的上述现实问题,提出下列对策建议:一是,明确办学指导思想,树立全面发展的育人观;二是,加强项目布局管理,实现运动训练各层次的合理衔接;三是,完善教练员管理体系,提高业余训练的科学化水平;四是,落实“体教结合”战略,完善“一条龙”优秀体育后备人才培养体系;五是,改革完善体育传统项目学校的竞赛管理体制,建立新的竞赛平台;六是,创新、健全和完善保障机制,积极改善训练条件;七是,强化行政管理意识,逐步完善落实考核评估制度等。期望能够为有关主管部门加强对我省省级体育传统项目学校的管理提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In china, traditional sports project school is the elementary form in the governing system of sports training forming in 3 levels, which is the basic link for cultivating the outstanding sports qualified personnel in reserve. There are 119 traditional sports project schools in Anhui nowadays, functioning as the main base of transporting the reserve qualified personnel in elite sports area. The article uses the method of document and material, the method of the investigation, interview method and the method of mathematical statistics to analysis the current situation of the 80 traditional sports project school in Anhui to find the practical problems and put forward the suitable and relevant measures for traditional sports project schools in Ahhui to reform and develop.The result of the research suggests that: at present, in Anhui, the main problems existing in traditional sports project schools are listed as follows: the low dynamics of the administrative government and the distempered system; the irrational arrangement of the items; the low level of the coach and the scientific training; the shortage of the athletes and the hardship of transporting the qualified personnel; the laggard sports system; the poor equipment for training; a bad situation for development because of the few supports from the society, etc. on the basic of the investigation, the article put forward suggests as follows according to the practical problems existing in the developing and reforming progress of the traditional sports project schools in Anhui:Ⅰestablish a clear guiding ideology and a idea of cultivating the people in various area;Ⅱintensify the arrangement of the items to make the link between the different level of training more reasonable;Ⅲestablish and perfect the administrative system of the coach and improve the level of amateur training;Ⅳfix the strategy of the " combination of sports and the education" and establish "a coordinated process" system of cultivating the reserve qualified personnel in sports area;Ⅴreform and perfect the administrative system of the sports in traditional sports project schools and establish a new stage for sports;Ⅵperfect the guaranteed system and improve the training situation positively;Ⅶstrengthen the administrative consciousness and improve the evaluating system gradually. And I hope that relevant government departments can offer consulting basis foe the administration of traditional sports project school in Ahhui.更多还原
