【摘要】 煤炭城市作为一种比较特殊的城市类型,近年来得到学术界的普遍关注。我国的煤炭城市数量较多,在我国城市体系中占有重要地位。目前,我国正处于工业化中期和城市化进程加速阶段,对矿产资源需求将呈强劲的上升趋势。煤炭城市作为一种特殊的城市职能类型,能为我国的社会经济建设提供大量生产物资,无疑对我国城市化和工业化进程起着举足轻重的作用。然而,煤炭作为不可再生的一次能源,随着煤炭资源的耗竭和体制改革的深化,煤炭城市在目前的发展中普遍存在一些突出的矛盾与问题,极大地阻碍了煤炭城市的可持续发展。煤炭城市要实现可持续发展,必须注重环境效益、社会效益、经济效益的统一。鉴于此,本文以处于中年期的煤炭城市——淮南市为例,运用综合集成的研究方法,对煤炭城市生态环境的可持续发展问题进行了研究。全文在结构上分为六章,具体如下:第一章进行了基本概念界定,分别综述了国内外相关研究进展,介绍了本文选题的背景、研究内容、研究方法及研究区域地位的重构。第二章首先根据收集的资料分析了煤炭城市生态环境存在的问题,并重点分析了特殊的产业结构、空间结构对城市生态环境的影响。第三章介绍了采煤塌陷地及其类型,以及采煤塌陷对生态环境的影响,综合利用的模式及障碍性因素分析。第四章针对煤炭城市生态环境特点,构建了能够体现其生态环境主要特征的,定性、定量考核的评价指标体系。建立了煤炭城市生态环境综合评价模型。对淮南市生态环境系统进行诊断,并对淮南市生态环境可持续发展提出了相应对策。最后总结了煤炭城市环境保护和发展的模式,及模式选择的影响因素。第五章阐述了循环经济内涵,煤炭城市发展循环经济的意义和必要性。煤炭城市矿区企业实施循环经济的发展模式,以及煤炭城市循环经济建设产业间集成耦合,构建循环经济三大主导体系。提出煤炭城市推进循环经济发展的保障措施从而改善其生态环境。最后一章归纳总结了全文的主要结论和观点,并指出了今后尚需进一步研究的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a special kind of city types, the coal-dependent cities have been getting the widespread concern of the academia in recent years. There are many coal-dependent cities in our country, and they are occupying the important position in the city system. At present, China is at the mid-industrialization and the accelerated urbanization stage, and the demand for mineral resources will show a strong upward trend. As a special type of city functions, the coal-dependent cities can offer mass production supplies for socio-economic development in our country, doubtlessly can play a prominent role in urbanization and industrialization. However, coal is a Nonrenewable Energy, with the coal resource exhausted and the reform system deepened, the coal-dependent cities exist some outstanding antinomies and issues in current development that have obstructed the coal-dependent cities’ development. To realize sustainable development, the coal-dependent cities must pay attention to the reunification of environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits.Owing to this, this paper takes Huainan City as a case that is in the middle period, applying integrated research methods, and studying on the problem and the sustainable development of ecological environment in coal-dependent cities. The full paper is divided into six chapters on the construction, in a specific way as follows:In chapter one, the author defines the basic concepts, summarizes the domestic and international interrelated research, and introduces the background of this selected works, studying contents, research method and studying district position.In chapter two, according to the collected data, the author introduces the issues of ecological environment in coal-dependent cities, and analyzes how the special industrial structure and space construction influence the ecological environment.In chapter three, the author introduces the sinking area, its type and the influence to ecological environment, and then analyzes the synthesized modes and obstacle factors.In chapter four, aimed at the eco-environment peculiarity of coal-dependent cities, a index system of ecological quality assessment is built to appraise the main characters of the coal-dependent cities’eco-environment qualitatively and quantitatively. General assessment model of coal-dependent cities’eco-environmental quality is set up. Then at last the ecological environment quality of Huainan is assessed and some corresponding countermeasures on sustainable development of urban ecological environment are put forward from the aspects of nature, economy and society. The author tallies up the modes about the protection and development of ecological environment in coal-dependent cities,and analyzes the influence factors of the mode choice.In chapter five, the author expatiates the content of recycling economy,the meaning and the necessity that the coal-dependent cities develop recycling economy, and introduces the modes of developing recycling economy and the coupling between the industry, and sets up three big leadership systems, putting forward protection measures that can push forward the recycling economy develop, in order to improve the ecological environment in coal-dependent cities.At last, the author tallies up the main conclusion and the standpoint of the full text,and points out the further investigative problems from now on.更多还原
