弹丸几何尺寸测量系统研究

【摘要】 本论文对弹丸几何尺寸测量系统进行了探讨。测量炮弹的几何尺寸就是测量炮弹的实际尺寸与基本尺寸的偏差且使这个偏差在一定的区域范围之内。因此本设计采用接触式测量法,并通过分析弹丸的几何尺寸,进行了系统结构设计,选择了合理的电机、传感器及其接口电路、计算机系统,并对系统精度和可靠性作了进一步分析。由于设计中运用了滚珠丝杠、滚珠导轨精密传动装置和先进的光栅莫尔条纹测量技术,以及精巧的蜗轮蜗杆副微调机构,在数字处理方面采用了计算机系统和数显装置,便于进一步对弹丸多项参数处理分析,从而提高了测量精度。

【Abstract】 This paper discuss the design process of pill geometry measure meter.Measuring geometry measure of shell means find the tolerance between trimsize of shell and basic size, which limited in a fixed realm, called cylindererror, so we adopt the contact measurement, through analyzing the geometrymeasure of shell, the machine construction and design requirement, wechoose the reasonable electrical engineering, spreading to feel machine andits connect an electric circuit, sensors, ball screw, ball guide rail, gear wormrigging, calculator system, and logarithms according to handle and the errormargin compensates make further analysis, Because making use of in thedesign the nicety spreads to move the device to measure the technique withthe advanced light grid MOE grain, and delicately tiny adjust theorganization, adopted the calculator system with count to show the device inthe aspects of arithmetic figure handling, conveniently handles with bulletseveral Static appearance parameter analysis, consequently increases surveyprecision.
