肥密互作对强筋春小麦生长和品质形成的调控效应

【摘要】 本研究为黑龙江省区域重大专项计划项目“黑龙江垦区小麦优质高效生产技术及其产业化”课题的部分研究内容。试验于2006年在黑龙江省密山市黑龙江省八一农垦大学农业科研所进行,以强筋小麦品种龙麦26为试验材料,采用二因素随机区组试验设计,探讨了密度和施肥量对春小麦形态建成、产量和品质形成的调节作用。主要研究结果如下:1、施肥量的增加有效的调节了小麦的株高;肥密互作利于塑造理想的株型结构,促进了麦穗的生长。2、低密度与高施肥量利于地上部干物质的积累;较低的密度和较大的施肥量更利于叶绿素的合成,增加光合势,最终获得较大的穗重;与增加肥料投入比较,稀植通过增加穗粒数,更有效的促进了单株产量的提高。3、高蛋白含量密度区域也是湿面筋高含量区;子粒容重较大的肥密条件利于淀粉的积累,而不利于蛋白质的形成;中等施肥水平与适宜的密度组合可获得较大的沉淀值和降落值。4、较高的施肥水平和中等群体密度利于改善面团形成特性、稳定特性和延伸特性。5、综合施肥和种植密度对小麦产量和品质的影响,确定了450万株/hm2田间密度条件下施肥90kg/hm2、900万株/hm2田间密度条件下施肥90kg/hm2和600万株/hm2田间密度条件下施肥180kg/hm2是较佳的组合,对于龙麦26这个品种,在试验地所在生态类型区采用600万株/hm2田间群体密度,施肥量180kg/hm2较为适宜。
【Abstract】 This study belongs to a section of Heilongjiang Regional Great Specific Planning Programs:production technology and industrialization program for good quality and high efficiency of wheat in Heilongjiang reclamation region. The experiments were carried out in agricultural scientific research institute of Hei Long Jiang August First Land Reclamation University in Mi-shan county in 2006. Strong muscle wheat Longmai-26 was used as experimental varieties, to study the effect of seeding rates and different fertilization on the morphological characters, the quality and yield of spring wheat by using the design of two factors randomized blocks experiment methods. The results were as follows:1.The increase of fertilizer regulate effectively the height of wheat, the interaction of fertilizer and density benefit for molding ideal construction of wheat, promote the growth of the spike.2. Low density and high fertilizer benefit for the accumulation of dry matter from those of aerial parts of wheat. Lower density and higher fertilizer much benefit for the synthesize of chlorophyll, increase leaf area duration, get more the weight of spike. In comparison with the fertilizer, by increasing the grains of spike, sparse planting much promote the increase of the yield of per plant.3. Density of high protein is also high content of wet gluten. Fertilizer and density for promoting test weight are benefit for accumulation of starch, however is not benefit for the formation of protein. The combination of the fitting fertilizer and density can get much sedimentation value and falling number.4. More fertilizer and medium density of population are benefit for improving the characteristic of formation, stability and extend of paste.5. Taking it all round, we consider that 4.5 million stub per hundred-meter square, apply 90kg fertilizer, 9 million stub per hundred-meter square, apply 90kg and 6 million stub per hundred-meter square, apply 180kg, are better combination, it is suggest the density of 6 million stub per hundred-meter square should apply 180kg fertilizer in ecological area of the experiment area for Longmai 26.
