【摘要】 旅游业作为经济、社会发展的助推器，促使拥有旅游资源或毗邻旅游风景区的小城镇掀起了旅游建设的热潮。湖北省恩施州利川市位于鄂西南山区，是少数民族聚居地，自然旅游资源和人文旅游资源丰富。作为山区扶贫的重要手段，利川市近年来积极利用资源优势发展旅游业，收效显著。与此同时，也伴随着旅游小城镇景观特色的缺失甚至丧失。特色是一个城镇特别是以旅游为主导产业的城镇能够获得可持续发展的动力。什么是景观特色，如何评价一个城镇的景观特色，怎样制定景观特色保护与规划设计的对策等便成为旅游型小城镇规划和建设中一个非常重要的命题。论文从旅游型小城镇和城镇景观特色的定义、特征、分类入手，重点分析了小城镇的范围、旅游型小城镇的次级类型、城镇景观与城镇特色的关系，并对城镇景观特色予以解析。在此基础上，根据城市形象设计、景观生态规划和旅游美学、旅游心理学、旅游地理学等相关理论，综合运用实地调查、比较分析、归纳演绎等方法，利用卡尔·斯坦尼兹(Carl Steinitz)的景观设计模式的六个模型(表述模型、过程模型、评价模型、变化模型、影响模型、决策模型)，以利川旅游城镇体系和利川城区、谋道镇、南坪乡三个不同类型的旅游型小城镇为例，分别对利川市旅游型小城镇景观特色建设现状、旅游型小城镇的景观构成和景观特色体现、利川市旅游型小城镇景观特色评价、利川市旅游型小城镇景观特色的变化及其影响、利川市旅游型小城镇景观特色保护与规划设计对策五个方面进行了论述，并从宏观、中观和微观层面提出相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the tourism could promote economy development very much, many smalltowns which have tourist resources or close to the beauty spots start the touristconstruction. The Lichuan city is located in the mountainous area of southwest Hubei. Itis a region that the minority inhabit and has rich nature tourist resources and culturaltourist resources. As a important way that becomes rich in mountain areas, Lichuanendeavored to develop its tourism in recent years, and has obtained some good results.But at the same time we noticed that in the process of constructing tourism-based smalltowns in Lichuan, appeared the phenomenon which the town landscape characteristicshave been lost.The characteristic is a power that makes towns specially in which tourism is a leadingindustry obtain the long-time development. What is the landscape characteristic, how toevaluate an town’s landscape characteristics, how to make the landscape characteristicplanning and design countermeasure, it is a very important proposition for the planningand construction of tourism-based small towns.This article first to the definition, the characteristic, the classification of the field oftourism-based small towns and landscape characteristic. The analysis focused on thesmall towns scope, tourism-based small towns sub-types, the relationship of townlandscape and town characteristics and the analysis of the concept of town landscapefeatures and so on. Based on these, this paper according as the theories of city imagedesign, landscape ecological planning and tourism esthetics, tourist psychology, tourismgeography and so on, comprehensive uses the methods of field surveys, comparativeanalysis, and induction deduction, and using a landscape design model constituted by CarlSteinitz which has six models (Representation Model, Process model, Evaluation Model,Change Model, Projection Model and Intervention Model) analyze it in five aspects: thelandscape characteristics construction status of the tourism-based small towns in Lichuan,the landscape composition and the landscape characteristics embodiment oftourism-based small towns, the landscape characteristic evaluation of tourism-basedsmall towns in Lichuan, the landscape change and its effects, the landscapecharacteristic protection and the planning and design countermeasure of tourism-basedsmall towns in Lichuan. The dissertation takes the landscape characteristic construction ofthe tourism-based towns sysytem and three different types tourism-based small towns thatLichuan township, Moudao, Nanping for example to proposes the countermeasure frommacroscopical lay, middle lay and microcosmic lay.更多还原
