【摘要】 随着我国社会主义现代化建设的不断发展，城市化进程的推进，城市与乡村之间的相互作用与影响日趋强烈，处于城市与乡村过渡性地带的城乡结合部成为城市扩张的首选地区，由此所激发和暴露的城乡结合部土地问题较为激烈。本文选取柳州市城乡结合部为研究对象，分析其建设用地扩张的机理。运用实地调研、构建模型、定性定量结合等方法，在DSR框架内研究建设用地扩张的状态、驱动力和调控措施等内容，揭示了柳州市城乡结合部建设用地的扩张机理。本文的主要内容和结论包括以下几个方面。(1)对国内外关于城乡结合部土地利用特征、建设用地驱动机制和驱动模型的文献进行学习，总结出不同学科背景的学者对城乡结合部建设用地扩张研究的重点和进展。(2)介绍DSR模型的发展历程，在充分研究DSR模型和城乡结合部的特点后，将建设用地扩张状态、扩张驱动力、扩张调控措施纳入DSR框架模型中，结合柳州市的实际情况，形成了柳州市城乡结合部建设用地扩张DSR研究框架。(3)从城乡结合部和城市建设区的关系着手，对柳州市城乡结合部的范围进行界定，分析城乡结合部建设用地在时间演变和空间发展方面的特征。证实柳州市城乡结合部建设用地在时间序列上的增长，受国家土地宏观调控政策较大的影响；在空间分布和发展上，具有明显的环形和轴线分布形态。(4)将影响城乡结合部建设用地的指标分为政策与规划、人口及城市化水平、经济发展总体水平、居民生活水平和生产要素投入水平等5个方面；运用灰色关联分析各驱动因子对建设用地扩张的影响过程、作用力强弱和作用方式。结果表明：政策与规划从耕地保护和建设用地总量供应两个方面影响建设用地；人口及城市化水平是影响建设用地扩张的核心因素；经济发展水平是建设用地扩张的根源。(5)最后，为控制新增建设用地，提高建设用地的集约利用强度，本文从强化城乡统一管理、加强建设用地监管、保护生态隔离带、盘活闲置建设用地和树立可持续发展理念等方面，对建设用地扩张提出了调控建议，确保柳州市城乡结合部的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of construction on socialist modernization and proving of urbanization, the interaction between urban and rural has been increasing seriously. Therefore, urban-rural-integration area becomes the preferred area of city growth, and inconsistency inspired and exposed of development between it and construction land is more fiercely. This paper chooses urban-rural-integration area of Liuzhou as research object, combining DSR model, fully discusses state, driving force and regulatory control of construction land expanding, and analyzes its mechanism of expansion in construction land. The main content and conclusions of this paper comprise some aspects blow:(1) From studying literatures about land use characters of urban- rural- integration area at home and abroad, the paper concludes emphasis and advances researched by scholars on different subjects background about land use problems of urban-rural-integration area.(2) Introducing the development source and characteristic of DSR model, the paper links the model and expansion mechanism, which contains state of expansion, driving force of. expansion, and regulatory control of expansion, and constructs the DSR expansion mechanism model of urban-rural-integration area’s construction land.(3) This paper defines extension of urban-rural-integration area of Liuzhou, analyses characters of time and space sides of construction land, and finds that the increasing of construction land is impacted by macroeconomic control of National land significantly; The special distributing shows itself axial and annular.(4) Impacting indexes of construction land in urban-rural-integration area can be divided into politics and planning, population and urbanization level, people’s living standers etc. five aspects. Conclusions indicate that: politic and planning impact expansion mainly from farmland preservation and construction land total supply; population and urbanization is the core; economic developing is the root to construction land.(5) Lastly, from strength urban-rural unified management, protecting ecology isolated area and set sustainable development idea etc., politic suggestions on expansion control of construction land in urban-rural-integration area are out forward.更多还原
