【摘要】 在城市化步步推进的过程中，城市的人口和用地规模也在迅速的增大。城乡结合部作为城市与乡村间的过渡地带，是城市化最直接、最敏感的地区，土地利用动态度极大，是城市外延扩张的集中地，导致城乡结合部土地利用中存在多种问题，农用地与非农建设用地之间的矛盾十分突出。因此城乡结合部建设用地扩张成为当前研究的热点问题。在这种背景下，本论文选取城乡结合部作为研究对象，探讨城乡结合部建设用地理性扩张的内涵，及其构成理性扩张的相关机制，比较当前的非农建设用地扩张与理性扩张之间的差异，并加以控制。文章第一章，序言：总结目前国内外关于城乡结合部非农建设用地理性扩张的相关理论和政策；第二章，城乡结合部非农建设用地理性扩张认识：对城乡结合部理性扩张的界定，以及提出城乡结合部理性扩张的机制；第三章，城乡结合部非农建设用地理性扩张实证分析：以柳州市城乡结合部为例，分析其理性扩张状况，论述其理性扩张机制；第四章，基于对建设用地理性扩张内涵及其机制的认识，提出有针对性的建议；第五章，讨论：指出论文的结论、创新点及对今后研究的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the urbanization processing step by step, the population and land scale of the city are increasing at a great rate. As a transition zone between Urban and Rural area, urban-rural-integration-area is the most direct and sensitive area during urbanization. As the center of urban-land expansion outward with great land use dynamic degree, there are many land use problems, also the contradiction between farmland and non-agricultural construction land is fairly outstanding. In this way, it becomes a hot pot to approach the land use problems in urban-rural-integration-area.In term of this condition, the paper takes the urban-rural-integration-area as the research object. The paper discusses the connotation and mechanism of the rational expansion of construction land in urban-rural-integration-area. Then, the paper compared the difference between the current expansion of construction land in urban-rural-integration-area and the rational expansion. In addition, the paper put forward some specific suggestion to realize the rational expansion of construction land in urban-rural-integration-area.The structure of the paper can be described as follows: in the preface, the relative theories and policies about the rational expansion of construction land in urban-rural-integration-area.The chapter 2 introduces some knowledge about rational expansion of construction land including the definition and the mechanism.The chapter 3 starts to do the demonstration analysis about rational expansion of construction land in urban-rural-integration-area. This chapter analyzes the current situation o based on the data from Liuzhou city and explains; the mechanism of rational expansion.In term of the cognition about the connotation and mechanism of the rational expansion of construction land in urban-rural-integration-area, Chapter 4 puts forward some suggestion.Chapter 5 is the discussion about the whole paper. The discussion includes the conclusion and innovation of research. Beside, the prospect of further research is mentioned in this chapter.更多还原
