【摘要】 土地资源可持续利用是人类社会可持续发展的重要依托和核心内容，不同尺度、不同区域的土地资源可持续利用评价的研究受到了国内外的广泛关注。本文从土地资源可持续利用的理论出发，选择四川省经济发达区县域广汉市作为研究对象，在总结可持续评价的概念、方法的基础上，从资源、环境、经济和社会四个方面入手，选取了34个评价因子，构建了广汉市土地资源可持续利用评价初选指标体系，再运用单相关系数法对初选的体系进行筛选，确定最终的评价指标；然后运用线性加权求和模型对广汉市1996-2005年土地资源可持续利用水平进行评价；最后以综合评价结果为依据，筛选出土地资源可持续利用的主要限制因子和贡献因子，并针对问题提出相应建议。研究的主要结论为：(1)用单相关系数法在初选指标的基础上选取了更具有代表性的17个指标作为广汉市土地资源可持续利用评价的最终指标。这些指标不仅从不同的侧面反映了土地资源可持续利用的特征，而且都是定量指标，指标数据获取容易。(2)1996-2005年间广汉市土地资源可持续利用水平不断提高，由0.6005上升到0.8035，从基本可持续利用阶段上升到弱可持续利用阶段。资源、环境、经济和社会子系统的持续利用水平值也持续上升，其中经济子系统的持续利用水平值最高。(3)通过对广汉市土地资源可持续利用的影响因素分析，城乡居民收入比率、土地生产潜力和森林覆盖率是土地资源可持续利用的主要限制因子，且限制力不断增强；人均耕地面积和路网密度是土地资源可持续利用的主要贡献因子，随着广汉市经济的持续发展，经济可行性准则指标对土地资源可持续利用水平的贡献愈加明显，是主要贡献因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sustainable utilization of land resource has already became key contents and essential basis of human society’s sustainable development, studies ranging from different scales to different places are drawing more and more attention in the world. According to the rules of sustainable land utilization, this article take Guanghan city which is the economic-developed county in Sichuan province as an example. Concluding the concept and means of sustainable development, this article chooses thirty-four appraisal indexes and establishes the drafting series indexes of land sustainable evaluation from standard layers of resource, environment, economy and society. Then use the single correlation means to choose the final index of land sustainable evaluation appraisal. Thirdly, the appraisal result is made according to the comprehensive degree of sustainable utilization of land resource in Guanghan city from 1996 to 2005 by the means of linearity appraisal model. At last, according to the result of appraising, this paper diagnose the adverse and positive factors and come up with some advice for the problem. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) By the means of single correlation, seventeen indexes has been chose from the drafting series indexes of land sustainable utilization evaluation. These indexes reflect the character of sustainable land utilization from different profile, furthermore, they are all quantity indexes and easy to get.(2) The degree of sustainable utilization of land resource in Guanghan city from 1996 to 2005 is getting more and more high from 0.6005 to 0.8035. From basic sustainable utilization to middle sustainable utilization. The degree of resource, environment, economy and society are also getting higher, and the degree of economy is the higher than others.(3) According to analyzing the influence factors of sustainable land utilization of Guanghan city, the income rate of city and county, the potential land producing ability and forest overlay rate are the main adverse indexes, and the degree is getting higher and higher. The cultivated land per person and consistency of road are the positive factorS. With the developing economy of Guanghan city, the indexes in standard layer of economy are the main positive factors to sustainable land utilization, and the effect is obvious.更多还原
