【摘要】 关键词(key words)包括主题词和自由词，是为了文献标引工作从报告，从论文中选取出来用以表示全文主题内容信息款目的单词或术语，它们能够反映研究成果的核心内容。关键词词频分析法主要是在原文中根据词频选择出重要的概念，这些重要的词和短语能反映出文献的主题。关键词的变化是该学科研究发展趋势的动态过程，特点和规律。本文运用词频分析法(Word frequency analysis method)，对2004年出版的24种中国传统医学类(Chinese traditional medicine category)和药学类(Pharmacy category)期刊所登载文章中的关键词进行了分析，以期获得当前国内药学的研究趋势。主要结果如下：1)中国传统医学类的研究主要采用的是高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatogram, HPLC)和指纹图谱法(finger printing)；主要研究的是药物在镇痛(analgesia)和抗炎(anti-inflammatory)方面的作用；对中药的药物分析(pharmaceutical analysis)也有所涉及；2)中国药学类的研究主要采用的是高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和反相高效液相色谱法(reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography，RP-HPLC)；主要研究的是药物在肿瘤(tumor)和心血管(cardiovascular)方面的应用，这一研究已经深入到基因(gene)水平。本文研究结果表明中国大陆药学研究采用的主要方法是高效液相色谱和指纹图谱法；研究方向主要是药物的抗肿瘤作用和在心血管方面的应用，并且这些研究普遍集中在基因和细胞凋亡(apoptosis)以及受体(receptor)水平，从而勾画出我国药学研究的主要领域和发展趋势，向药学工作者展示了当前的研究热点和研究弱项，为今后的发展方向提供了借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Key words including subjecting headings and freedom words with theaim of bibliographic citation are extracted from the thesis or the report to indicate the message of the whole articles, which can reflect the major content of researching achievement. The word frequency analysis method of key words is a method to choice some significant concept which can reflect the subject of thesis according word frequence. The present study analyzes the keywords of the published articles in 2004 issues of 24 kinds of Journals included in Chinese Traditional Medicine category and Pharmacy category with word frequency analysis method to explore the developmental tendency of domestic pharmaceutical science currently. The main results as following:1) The high performance liquid chromatogram (HPLC) and the finger print are the major researching methods in Chinese traditional medicine; the main researching fields are about the effect of pharmacy in analgesics and anti-inflammatory; pharmaceutical analysis also including.2) The high performance liquid chromatogram (HPLC) and the reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) are the major researching methods in domestic Pharmacy; the main researching fields are the application in anti-tumor and cardiovascular of pharmacy which had deepen in gene level.These results manifested that the major researching methods in Chinese pharmacy are the HPLC and the finger print; the main researching direction are the application in anti-tumor and cardiovascular of pharmacy which has focused on gene, apoptosis and receptor levels. All of these describe the major researching fields and the developmental tendency of domestic pharmacy, show the hot topics and the weaknesses to the pharmaceutical science researcher recently and offer the reference to the developmental direction in future.更多还原
