【摘要】 目前国内对网上银行的研究集中在对国外发展网上银行的成果或者某些具体技术进行介绍，而对我国商业银行如何开展网上银行业务缺乏系统研究。本文在分析我国网上银行发展现状的基础上，深入讨论了我国发展网上银行的制约因素，意在进一步提出我国网上银行发展的策略和步骤。本文所做的主要工作包括：(1)从网上银行的产生和发展的基础理论入手，利用边际效用理论、信息经济学理论、外部性理论以及价值链理论阐述了网上银行产生和发展的必然性；(2)讨论了网上银行在我国发展的现状，并从社会信用环境、网络基础设施、公民消费习惯及网上银行业务品种等方面展开讨论，利用规范分析法，对我国的网上银行发展中存在的问题进行了深入分析和总结；(3)揭示了我国网上银行业所面临的问题的深层原因；(4)运用对比分析的方法，并与西方国家网上银行产生、发展的具体情况进行对比研究，以从中找出我国在发展网上银行过程中值得借鉴的经验；(5)结合我国的实际情况，从网络信息化基础设施建设、传统消费观念、网上银行业务创新和社会信用体系等方面出发，提出了相关解决方案和实施步骤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, our country’s researchs on online bank focus on the introduction of achievements in the development of abroad online bank or some technologies, little is done to carry out a systematic study on the developement of online bank business of our country’s commercial banks. On the basis of analysizing the development situation of online bank in our country, this dissert discusses constraints in detail, and further, provides strategies and steps for the development of online bank in our country. The main work of this dissert are as follows:(1)starts from the basis theories on the birth and development of online bank, utilizes marginal effect theory, information economic theory, external theory and value chain theory, decrips the inevitability of the birth and development of online bank; (2)discusses the situation of online bank in our country, and from aspects of social credit environment, network infrastructures, consuming customs of customer and business category of online bank, analysizes and sumaries in detail the problems existing in the development of online bank in our country by using the method of Normative analysis; (3)reveals deep reasons facing online bank in our country; (4)in order to find some valuable things that we can use, compares the birth and development of online bank in our country with western countries; (5)under the consideration of reality of our country, this dissert sets forth related solutions and implementation steps from the construction of network infrastructure, traditional cosuming view, innovation of online business and social credit system.更多还原
