蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体基本力学性能试验研究
Experimental Research on the Basic Mechanical Behavior of Autoclaved Flyash-lime Brick Masonry

【摘要】 本文为中国工程建设标准化协会标准《蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体应用技术规范》科研课题中的子课题。通过15个不同砂浆强度等级的蒸压粉煤灰实心砖轴心受压试件和12个不同砂浆强度等级的蒸压粉煤灰多孔砖轴心受压试件试验,得出了蒸压粉煤灰实心砖和多孔砖砌体的破坏特征、抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比、应力—应变全曲线等力学指标。研究还采用了相同试验条件下,相同砂浆等级的6个普通黏土砖砌体进行了对比试验,比较了其各项性能指标。通过18个不同砂浆强度等级及不同偏心距的蒸压粉煤灰实心砖偏心受压试件和18个蒸压粉煤灰多孔砖偏心受压试件试验,得出了偏心受压破坏特征、抗压强度及截面应变分布,并分析了偏心系数影响。通过30个蒸压粉煤灰多孔砖抗剪试件和48个蒸压粉煤灰实心砖抗剪试件试验,得出了蒸压粉煤灰实心砖和多孔砖的抗剪强度,研究了不同砂浆等级以及砖砌筑时的含水率对砌体抗剪强度的影响。通过15个不同灰缝厚度的专用砂浆轴心受压试件和54个不同灰缝厚度的专用砂浆抗剪试件,研究了灰缝厚度对抗压强度、抗剪强度的影响。通过8个单砖棱柱体试件和9个砂浆棱柱体试件受压试验,得出了砖与砂浆的应力应变曲线,并通过35个(五皮高)单砖棱柱体砌体轴心受压试件得出了(五皮高)单砖棱柱体砌体的破坏特征和抗压强度,利用试验结果建立了基于弹性的砌体强度理论公式,进一步说明了灰缝厚度对砌体抗压强度的影响。本文通过基本力学性能试验和理论分析获得了一些有益的成果,为编制《蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体应用技术规范》提供了数据。
【Abstract】 This thesis is part of the research item of a China Association for EngineeringConstruction research subject for editing "Code for technique application of autoclavedflyash-lime brick masonry structures".Through the experiment on 15 autoclaved flyash-lime solid brick masonry and 12autoclaved flyash-lime perforated brick masonry specimens loaded in axial compression withdifferent category of mortar compressive strength, we get some Physical MechanicalParameters of autoclaved flyash-lime brick masonry such as Compressive strength, theYoung’s modulus, Poisson’s Ratio and the stress-strain curve(Curveσ-ε). In the samecondition, 6 fired common brick masonry specimens were tested in comparison with them.Based the experiment on 18 autoclaved flyash-lime solid brick masonry and 18autoclaved flyash-lime perforated brick masonry specimens loaded in eccentric compressionwith different category of mortar compressive strength (f2) and e, we get Compressivestrength, typical failure and strain distribution. Modulus a has also been analysed.Through the experiment on 30 autoclaved flyash-lime perforated brick masonry and 48autoclaved flyash-lime solid brick masonry shear specimens, we get the shear strength ofthem, the effect of mortar compressive strength andξw on the shear strength of brickworkwas studied in this part.Based the experiment on 15 autoclaved flyash-lime solid brick masonry specimensloaded in axial compression and 54 shear specimens both with different joint(appropriativemortar) thickness, we researched the effect of joint thickness on the compressive strength andshear strength.At last, through the experiment on 8 prisms of brick, 9 prisms of mortar, we get thestress-strain curve(Curveσ-ε) of them, based the result of experiment on 35 five-brick prismsloaded in axial compression, we established a theoretical deduction on the formulation of thepressure resistance property of masonry through experimenting found on elasticity, then, theeffect of joint thickness on the compressive strength has been explained in another way.In this thesis we get some beneficial research result from the basic mechanics performance experiment and theoretical analysis, provides some recommendations and dates for editing"Code for technique application of autoclaved flyash-lime brick masonry structures".
