【摘要】 森林公园优越的自然环境资源使它不仅具有多姿多彩，四时变化的美学观赏价值，而且具有调节气候，净化大气的生态功能。森林公园适宜开展休闲度假、疗养保健、登山野营、森林浴场等多种休息、康复、娱乐旅游活动。森林公园的旅游开发应该在自然环境的旅游适宜区域进行。绥芬河国家森林公园位于黑龙江省绥芬河市西部，森林公园内旅游资源丰富。近年来随着旅游业的发展，游客的增多，原有的旅游项目已不能完全满足游人需要，拟对绥芬河国家森林公园进行重新规划设计。本文在对绥芬河国家森林公园进行全面调查的基础上，综合评价分析了绥芬河国家森林公园的旅游资源和现有景区的开发建设情况，测定了绥芬河国家森林公园内典型样地及市区典型对照样地的空气负离子浓度、温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度、噪音生态指标，据此对森林公园空气质量作了评价，分析了森林公园与市区空气负离子浓度、温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度、噪音的日变化规律，比较了森林公园与市区、森林公园内典型样地间的空气负离子浓度、温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度、噪音的监测累积量。并运用灰色关联度法分析了公园内四处样地总体生态效应情况。在综合评价分析绥芬河国家森林公园旅游资源和现有景区的开发建设情况以及研究森林公园生态因子的生态效应基础上，依据对自然景观资源、地形地势等综合分析结果，根据森林公园的性质和功能定位以及，保留原规划中合理的部分，完善补充其薄弱部分制定绥芬河森林公园新的旅游规划方案。通过对旅游资源和生态效应的分析以及对绥芬河森林公园的规划得出如下结论：绥芬河国家森林公园风景资源价值和旅游价值较高，应当在可持续发展的前提下，进行科学合理的开发利用。森林公园景区资源有待于进一步挖掘完善，有些景区需进行重新规划建设。绥芬河国家森林公园空气质量和生态效益整体上高于市区。森林公园与市区的温度、湿度日变化规律基本一致，森林公园和市区的空气负离子浓度、二氧化碳浓度和环境噪音具有各自的日变化规律，在活动项目设置时应考虑生态因子的变化规律，合理安排游览内容。森林公园典型样地白桦林环境因子的总体生态效应最佳，此区域内适宜开展森林浴场旅游活动。绥芬河森林公园的性质定位为城市郊野森林公园，北园规划为以森林生态观光保健为主要功能的园区，南园规划为以度假休闲娱乐为主要功能的园区。森林公园总体结构布局表现为：一带、两轴、数节点，“一带”指贯穿南北园区的绥芬河支流寒葱河和小绥芬河，是联系南北景区的桥梁和串联南北景区重要景观节点的纽带，“两轴”分别指南园沿寒葱河体现运动健康的休闲度假景观轴和北园沿小绥芬河体现人与自然和谐的自然生态景观轴，“数节点”指入口广场，集翠湖，五石峰，五花草塘，园标，寒葱戏水，绵溪涧水，进行了新的功能分区和景区景点规划，分别将北园划分为山门综合区，森林游览区，森林休憩区，森林探险区四大功能区，南园划分为度假中心区，游览观赏区，娱乐休闲区，科普教育区四大功能区。本文对合理的规划、开发、利用绥芬河国家森林公园具有一定指导意义。希望能够使绥芬河国家森林公园的旅游活动既适宜于森林公园的自然环境条件，又朝着更加有利于人们旅游发展需要的方向变化，为绥芬河市的林业和旅游业带来显著的经济效益，而且发挥出保护区域生态环境、调整产业结构、繁荣林区经济的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are ascendant environment resources in forest park. There is not only the appreciatingvalue of esthetics but also the ecology function of accommodating climate and decontaminatingatmosphere in forest park. It is suitable of developing leisure and making holiday, recuperating andhealthcare, mountaineering and camping, and so on traveling movement of rest, healing,entertainment. Tourism shouldn’t be developed in unsuitable district for tourism activities but insuitable district.The Suifenhe national forest park is located the west of the Suifenhe city, the HeilongjiangProvince. The tour resources is rich in the forest park. In recent years, with the development oftourism and the increase of tourist, the original tour item has not been able completely to satisfy thetourist needs and the collectivity plan of Suifenhe national forest park will be mended.This article is base on the comprehensive investigation to the Suifenhe national forest park. Thetour sources of the Suifenhe national forest park and the development situation of existing scenicarea were analyzed synthetically. The concentrations of negative air ions, temperature, humidity,the concentrations of carbon dioxide and noises for the typical samples in the Suifenhe forest parkand the comparable samples in its city area were measured. The quality of air in the forest park wasestimated. The regularities of diurnal variations of the concentrations of negative airions, temperature, humidity, the concentrations of carbon dioxide and noises of the Suifenhe forestpark and its city area were analyzed, and the monitor total amount of negative air ions, temperature,humidity, the concentrations of carbon dioxide and noises between the forest park and the city area,among the typical samples in the Suifenhe forest park are compared. The overall ecology effectamong the typical samples in the Suifenhe forest park was analyzed by gay system theory. Theresults show that the value of scenery resources and tourest is higher in Suifenhe national forestpark, it should be opened up rationally under the premise of the sustainable development. Thescenic resources should be more perfected. Some scenic areas must be mended The air quality andthe ecological benefits in the Suifenhe forest park were much higher than its city in Suifenhe。Theregularities of diurnal variations of the temperature, humidity of the forest park are consistent withthe city area’s. The concentrations of negative air ions, the concentrations of carbon dioxide andnoises of the Suifenhe Forest Park and its city area have respective the regularities of diurnalvariations. The regularities of variations of the ecolggical factor should be considered and the tourcontent should be reasonably planed when planning item of movement. The collectivity ecology effect of white birch forest is best. It is suitable of developing forest bathing in this region.The article analyzes synthetically the tour resources of the Suifenhe national forest park andthe existing scenic section development situation and studys the ecology effect of ecological factorin the forest park. According as the analytical results, The nature of Suifenhe forest park is set asthe forest park in countryside, according to the nature and function of the forest park as well as thegeneral analysis on the natural landscape resources, terrain topography, retaining the reasonablepart of the original plan, consummating and supplementing its weak part, taking ecologicalsightseeing health care as the main function of the north garden and the south garden as a vacationleisure entertainment. The overall structural configuration forest park is: one area, two axes, anumber of pitch points, "area" refer to the Hanconghe and small Suefenhe which are the branchesof Siufenhe going through the north and south garden area, relating the north and south scenic areaand the series of important landscape pitch point of north and south scenic area. "two axes" refer tothe entertainment vacation axle of Hanconghe and the natural ecological sightseeing axle along thesmall Suifenhe of the north garden. Pitch point refers to the entrance square, the collection of jadelake, five pinnacles, five-flower pond, garden sign, Hancong stream, Mianxi steam. Carried on thenew function district and the planning of scenic area and spot, the north garden divides into fourfunctional areas such as the entrance synthesis area, the forest tour area, the forest resting area andthe forest danger-searching area. The south garden divides into the vacation central area, thesightseeing area, the entertainment leisure area, and the science education area.This article has the certainly instructional significance to the reasonable programming, thedevelopment and the using of the Suifenhe national forest park. It is be expected that made the tourmovement of the Suifenhe national forest park be suitable to the forest park environment condition,as well as be more advantageous to the direction of the peoples tour development needs, bring theremarkable economic benefit for the Suifenhe forestry and the tourism, moreover display thefunction which is to protect the region ecological environment, to adjustt industrial structure and tothrive forest region economy.更多还原
