【摘要】 随着我国度假休闲热的兴起，许多城市与地区都积极开发建设旅游度假区，其发展前景是可观的。其中，滨湖旅游度假区景观由于其得天独厚的资源和景观优势，成为一些城市和地区开发建设的重心。但在开发建设过程中所暴露的问题也是不容忽视的。主要包括：只追求经济的可持续发展，而导致景观资源的不可持续发展；由于缺乏对滨湖旅游度假区特点和发展规律的了解，在无序的开发与建设过程中，导致湖泊的污染、动植物生境的破坏，物种的急剧减少；没有合理的生态理念指导，导致景观规划设计趋于模式化，不能因地制宜，限制滨湖景观功能性的发挥，以致破坏生态平衡。所以对滨湖旅游度假区景观规划设计生态途径的研究，既有明确的现实意义，也会对滨湖区的持续发展产生积极而深远的影响。本文是以生态环境伦理观和可持续发展观为研究的理论基础，将景观生态学的相关原理与景观规划设计的相结合，对滨湖旅游度假区景观规划设计的生态途径进行研究，旨在构建在生态环境和旅游景观资源保护的基础上的滨湖旅游度假区景观规划设计的指导原则和基本框架；并根据滨湖旅游度区的景观构成特点，研究具体的规划设计方法，在保护景观资源基础上，进行景区的开发建设，使滨湖旅游度假区内景观资源实现可持续利用和发展。通过对滨湖旅游度假区景观规划设计的研究，得出如下的结论：1、生态意识应贯穿景观开发建设的始终：滨湖旅游度假区景观规划设计的基本框架：生态意识的树立→滨湖景观规划设计原则的确立→概念层面：区位的分析、规划定位→规划层面：景观类型分析、景观格局分析、生态适宜性分析→设计层面：保护性生态设计、补偿性生态设计、适应性生态设计→生态景观的建立。2、保护优先的原则与景观规划设计的有机结合在规划层面上，应用保护优先的原则和土地利用“10％原则”，来规划人工景观和经营景观，这是合理开发景观资源的至关重要的一步；在设计层面的保护性生态设计上，体现为建立生态核心区，并且核心区域的道路尽量不交叉，降低生境破碎度，减少边缘效应。3、将自然生态的原则应用在保护性生态设计上，驳岸处理尽量采取缓坡式设计，保证湖岸和水体之间的水分交换和调节功能，形成一个水陆复合型生物共生的生态系统。4、将亲水性和参与性的原则应用在适应性生态设计上，体现在水陆交错带，建造不同类型的亲水平台、栈道和广场，因地制宜，满足游人亲水近水的要求。5、将可达性的原则应用在补偿性生态设计上，在不破坏生态核心区的情况下，人工廊道尽可能连续和多样，满足游客游览景点的不同心理的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rise of hot vacation leisure, many cities and regions are actively building travelingvacation area, Its development prospects is considerable. Thereinto, lakefront traveling vacationarea, because of the unique advantages of landscape and resources, become the center of urbanconstruction and development. However, we also must not overlook the problems exposed duringempoldering and constructing. Mostly including: Only in pursuit of economic sustainabledevelopment, however bringing on nonsustainable development of landscape resources; Becauseof incomprehension to the characteristicand and development law of lakeside traveling vacationarea, during the disorderly development and construction, brong on the pollution of lake, thedestruction of animal and plant habitat, the sudden reduction of species; Lacking of the instructionof reasonable ecology idea, brong on the sameness of landscape planning and design pattern, don’tadjust measures to local conditions, limited the exertion of lakefront landscape function so thatdestructed ecological equilibrium. Therefore to the research on ecological approach of landscapeplanning and design in lakefront traveling vacation area, not only bringing specific practicalsignificance, but also bringing positive and theprofound influence to sustainable development oflakefront district.This paper is based on the study foundation of the ecological environment ethics andsustainable development, be combine the relevant principles of landscape ecology with landscapeplanning and design, to study the landscape planning and design of lakefront traveling vacationarea. The aim is that the basic framework for planning and design of lakefront traveling vacationarea be established, on the basis of protecting the eco-tourism resources and the ecologicalenvironment. And according as the landscape constitution characteristic of lakefront traveling area,studies the concrete method of planning and design, in protection scenic resources foundation,carries on the development and construction of landscape district, realizes the sustainable use anddevelopmentin of landscape resource in the lakefront traveling vacation area.Through studying the landscape planning and design of the lakeside traveling vacation area,educed the following conclusion:1st, Ecological consciousness should permeate the development and construction of landscape;basic frame of landscape planning and design in lakefront traveling vacation area: Setting upecological consciousness→establishing the principles of landscape planning and design→theconcept lay: Position analysis, planning orientation→the planning lay: Landscape type analysis, landscape pattern analysis, ecology condign analysis→the design lay: Protection ecologydesign, compensating ecology design, compatible ecology design→establish ecological landscape2nd, combining the protection first principle with landscape planning and designIn planning lay, applying the protection first principle and land utilization "10% principle", plansthe artificial landscape and the management landscape. This is an important step of reasonabledevelopment of landscape resources; In the planning lay, manifests for the establishment of ecologycore area, the core region path does not be intersected as far as possible, reduces habitat broken,reduces land area which the edge effect occupies.3rd, in the design lay, taking the natural ecology principle of landscape planning and design asthe instruction, lake shore is as far as possible the slope type, guaranteed the moisture exchange andthe adjustment function between the lake shore and the water, form the amphibious compoundecosystem of biology symbiosis.4th, taking the hydrophilic and participation principle of the landscape planning and design asthe instruction, in the planning lay, should construct the different hydrophilic platform, the plankroad and the square in the amphibious interleaving belt.5th, taking the accessible principle of landscape planning and design as the instruction, in thedesign lay, under not destroying the ecology core area, artificial corridor is as far as possiblecontinuous and diverse, satisfies the different touris psychology to tour the landscape.更多还原
