农产品物流中心选址模型及其应用

【摘要】 我国是一个农业大国,农业对国民经济发展起着举足轻重的作用,而“三农”问题则是影响我国国民经济发展的重要问题。目前,农业发展的瓶颈从生产领域转向了流通领域,农产品物流水平低、配送成本高成为了突出问题。发展农产品物流成为提高我国农产品国际竞争力、促进农业发展、提高农民收入的关键。合理的物流配送中心的选址可以提高物流效率、降低物流成本,因此,深入地研究农产品物流配送中心的选址问题具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。论文站在农产品物流企业的角度来考虑农产品物流配送中心的选址,并根据农产品物流的特点和农产品物流配送中心的特点,对农产品物流配送中心的建设以及建成后的运行情况进行了经济方面的分析。论文把农产品物流配送中心的选址归结为最小成本问题,即求解使物流成本、固定成本之和为最小的最优化问题,建立了以物流成本与固定成本之和最小为目标的选址优化模型,并采用了混合整数规划法对选址模型进行求解。论文可以分为六个部分:第一部分引言。本部分对农产品物流的研究背景和意义、国内外物流及农产品物流的研究现状进行了简要介绍,然后就论文的研究方法和创新之处作了说明。第二部分农产品物流的相关理论本部分系统的阐述了物流的概念,农产品物流、农业物流以及农产品流通的概念,分析了农产品物流的分类和特点,并介绍了供应链管理理论、绿色物流理论和物流成本控制理论。第三部分我国农产品物流的特点、现状及存在的问题本部分重点分析了我国农产品物流的现状及目前存在的突出问题,如农产品物流损耗过大、成本过高;农产品物流基础设置和装备落后;现有农产品批发市场、农贸市场规划设计不科学等。第四部分物流配送中心相关理论及选址模型本部分系统的阐述了物流配送中心的概念、分类和功能、介绍了配送中心选址的重要性、原则、影响因素及物流配送中心选址问题的分类,最后着重介绍了五种选址模型,如CELP法模型、鲍莫尔-沃尔夫法模型、混合整数规划法模型。第五部分农产品物流配送中心选址模型的构建本部分根据农产品物流的特点,分别建立了考虑农产品在物流过程中损失的以物流成本与固定成本之和最小为目标的选址优化模型和考虑配送时效性的以物流成本与固定成本之和最小为目标的选址优化模型,并采用了混合整数规划法对选址模型进行求解。第五部分结论本部分总结了全文的主要内容,指出了本文所构建模型存在的不足之处,并提出了改进意见,如考虑存在竞争者的问题。
【Abstract】 China is a huge agricultural nation, so agriculture is very important to Chinese economy, and now, agriculture affects the national economy development. At present, the bottleneck that affected the agricultural development changes from the realm of production into the current distribution. It becomes a prominent question that the circulation of agricultural product has low marketability and high cost. So, developing agricultural product logistics becomes the key point to help the agricultural product compete in the international market, to promote agriculture development and to increase the farmer’s income.Selecting a reasonable site for the logistics center can improve logistics efficiency, reduce the cost of logistics, so study the location of agriculture logistics centers problem deeply has important theory meaning and using value. The thesis stands on the standpoint of agriculture products logistic enterprises to considers the location of logistics center, and analysis the construction and running situation after building up of the agriculture products logistics center based on the traits of agricultural product logistics and agricultural product logistics center. The thesis sum up the location of the agricultural product logistics center as the minimum cost question that means minimizing the logistics cost and the operation cost, and set up location models for the minimizing sum goal of logistics cost and the operation cost.This thesis includes five parts:Part one IntroductionThis part briefly introduces the research background and meanings of the agricultural product logistics, then summarizes the research trends on domestic and in the international, and finally respectively states the research method and the creative points.Part two Theories of Agricultural product LogisticsThis part introduce the meanings of logistics, agricultural product logistics, agriculture logistics and agricultural product circulate; introduce the theory of supply chain management, environmental logistics and logistics cost control.Part three Traits, Actuality and Problems of Agricultural Product Logistics in ChinaThis part analysis the traits of agricultural product logistics, and analysis the actuality and problems of agricultural product logistics in our country.Part four Theories and Location Models of Logistics CenterThis part introduces the meanings of logistics center, the kinds of logistics center and the function of logistics center, and describes the importance of the location of logistics center, the principia and the variety of the location of logistics center, at the last, introduces five different location mathematic model, for example, CELP Model, Baumol-Wolfe Model and Mixed integer programming.Part five Constitution of agriculture products logistics center location modelIn this part, based on the traits of agricultural product logistics, constitute two kinds of different agriculture products logistics center location models for the minimizing sum goal of logistics cost and the operation cost, one model considering the lost of agricultural product when they are distributing, and the other considering the time limit.Part six ConclusionThis part summed up the main content of this thesis, and pointed out the flow of the agriculture products logistics center location models, and gave some amelioration suggestions.
