基于GIS的给水管网优化调度研究

【摘要】 城市给水系统是一个性能复杂、规模庞大的大系统,随着城市供水量不断增加,供水系统也变得越来越复杂。对于一个城市给水系统来说,在现有的设备基础上,对其给水系统进行优化调度,在满足用户水量和水压情况下,会产生较大的经济效益。本文基于城市供水管网地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS),建立了城市给水管网优化调度模型,通过Mapinfo与VB的集成开发实现给水管网的优化调度。同时,本文还利用VB语言开发了给水管网水力计算程序和给水泵站优化选泵程序。对于给水管网的水力计算,通过采用递归算法求得管网各管段的流量,并用哈代-克罗斯法求得水压。对于优化选泵,本文采用简化高效区优化模型,通过wolf既约梯度法求解,能够自动完成管网工况改变时水泵最优起闭状态决策。本软件利用Mapinfo管理给水管网的属性数据和图形数据,通过OLE技术实现应用软件对Mapinfo的操作和系统间的数据交换,从而使应用软件不仅具有强大的空间数据管理功能,而且还具有强大的计算和分析能力。系统将水力计算结果和优化选泵方案,能以图形的形式显示,使得操作人员能更直观的发出调度指令。最后,将研究成果应用于实际工程,结果表明本文研究成果应用于给水管网优化调度系统的方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 Water distribution system is a huge complex system,which becomes more and more complicated with the water supply increasing. As for a municipal water supply system, it would benefit economy by using current appliances to optimally operate the first pumping station and the second pumping station. Based on Geographic Information System(GIS), optimal dispatch model in municipal water supply system were produced and controlled on-line by computer. Cartography and attributes database of water supply system are managed by Mapinfo. Database is exchanged by application software based on VB and OLE technology. This application software has not only strongly spatial data management but also calculating and analysis.The programmers of optimized pump-selection and pipe valve controlling were produced by VB,which can automatically finish optimal on-off decision making and valve closing scheme when working conditions change. As for the program of optimal pump-selection, this paper applied a simple and efficient optimized model and reduced gradient method to automatically finish optimal on-off decision making when working conditions change. Optimal valve closing scheme are got by the application of breadth-first search algorithm when accident happening. Optimal supply pumping station and pipe valve controlling methods would be displayed by cartography database,which operators can decide dispatch order intuitively. Study results were used in practical projects,it shows it is feasible to further exploit GIS applied to optimal dispatch in municipal water distribution network.
