高速离心机永磁轴承仿真系统研究

【摘要】 轴承是离心机中重要的基础零部件,起着支承轴和轴上零件并减小相对运动处摩擦的作用。随着永磁轴承研究的深入和应用范围的扩大,采用永磁轴承替代常规轴承,为解决高速离心机高速旋转时的支承研究开拓了新的领域。永磁材料研究上的突破性进展,带动了永磁轴承研究的深入。现代生产模式的变革,更新了传统的设计方式。本文在广泛收集资料、分析国内外高速离心机研制,永磁轴承及相关技术研究的基础上,结合现代可视化建模和仿真技术,研究永磁轴承在离心机高速转子系统的应用。参考一种已规划的新型永磁轴承的结构,根据离心机的中心转轴的系列值,确定永磁轴承在该结构下的系列值,建立这些系列结构尺寸的三维模型数据库,对此结构下的永磁轴承的静磁场、承载力、极限转速和临界转速进行深入研究。基于VB平台开发了高速离心机永磁轴承仿真系统,主要包含三维仿真模型的建立、样机的生成和有限元分析计算三个模块。通过VB语言对造型软件Solidworks进行二次开发,实现三维参数化仿真模型和虚拟样机的自动建立;用VB语言结合APDL对有限元分析软件ANSYS进行二次开发实现永磁轴承性能的自动分析。所研发的永磁轴承仿真系统,便于永磁轴承在一定结构不同参数下,快速更新模型,进行有限元仿真分析。上述的研究方法与成果丰富了高速离心机和永磁轴承的研究内容,为高速离心机转子系统的研究探索了高质量低成本的设计分析方法。课题的研究具有一定的工程现实意义。

【Abstract】 Bearings are the crucial parts in centrifuge, and play an important role in supporting the shaft and the shafting components, and reduce the friction of the relative motion skin. With the further research on the permanent magnetic bearing (PMB) and the broader application field being extended, using the PMB to supersede the general bearing will pioneer a new domain for the research on the bearing while the ultra centrifuge rotates in high speed. The unprecedented progress in permanent magnetic material studies leds PMB performance research thorough. The renovation of modernistic manufacture mode renovates the conventional design mode.The application of PMB on centrifuge high speed rotor system is studied in this thesis based on gathering datum widely and analyzing the actual state of research and development in centrifuge and PMB at domestic and foreign, and some correlation studies, with visualization modeling and simulation technique. Consulting one configuration of designed PMB, the series’data of this configuration and the 3D simulated model database of these series are established, according to series diameter of centrifuge centre pivot. The permanent magnetic field, carrying capacity, limit speed and critical speed of this PMB are studied thoroughly,too.The simulation system is developed by VB, mostly includes the 3D simulated model building, the prototype production and the finite element analysis calculates three modules. The 3D parameterized model and the virtual prototype automatic modeling are realized through the modeling software SolidWorks re-developed with VB. The performance of PMB automatic analysis is realized by ANSYS software re-developed with VB and APDL unify.The developed PMB simulation system, under the different design parameter, is advantageous for the PMB to rebuild the model fast, and carry on the finite element simulation analysis. The above conclusion and the method have enriched the super centrifuge and the PMB research content, and explored a lower consumption higher quality design and analysis method for high speed rotor system. So this topic research has the certain project practical significance.
