【摘要】 构建社会主义和谐社会是我国社会经济发展的重要战略目标。社区是社会构成的基本单元,和谐社区建设是和谐社会建设的基础。因此,全面建设和谐社区,对于实现社会主义和谐社会战略目标具有重要的现实意义和巨大的推动作用。目前我国和谐社区的理论研究仍处于较低水平,综合性的社区实证分析更不多见。本文通过综述构建社会主义和谐社会建设与和谐社区建设的文献资料,选择长沙市天剑社区作为研究实证个案。该社区是全国综合治理的先进社区,具有明显的市场经济体制改革过程中所表现的社会特征,汇聚了各种不同类型的矛盾和问题,反映出各类居民的不同意见和需求,具有普遍的研究意义。本文根据天剑社区建设和谐社区的实践,总结分析了该社区建设和谐社区的成功经验,并在此基础上运用耗散结构理论进一步分析研究了城市和谐社区建设过程。笔者认为,和谐社区建设必须坚持“以人为本”的和谐治理理念;坚持从建设和改善社区的内部条件和外部环境两个方面促进和谐社区的治理;坚持从根本上维护社区居民的公共利益,努力提供适宜社区要求的公共服务和公共产品,不断促进社区的和谐稳定,最终促进和谐社会的早日实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constructing socialism harmonious community is a important strategic goal of economy development in our country. Community is a basic cell of society, as well as an important component of urban city. Building harmonious community has become an essential part of constructing of harmonious society. Consequently, to build harmonious community in an all-round way is of great realistic significance to construct socialism harmonious society.At present the theory study about harmonious community in our country is still at a low level, and comprehensive analysis of community is rare. The test studies a urban harmonious community issues based on Tianjian community in Changsha . This community is the advanced community in comprehensive treatment of whole country, has shown obvious society characteristic in the reform process of market economy system.With reference to the successful experience of Tianjian community, the text exerts dissipative structure theory to study process of building urban harmonious community . And draw a conclusion that, building harmonious community must persist in the people oriented and improve condition of interior and exterior, insist on maintain benefit of community residents, strive to provide public services and public products into line with the needs of community.更多还原
