城市车辆共同配送与反向物流整合的运输路径研究

【摘要】 随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,与此同时城市交通拥挤、噪声污染、车辆尾气污染、废弃物造成的环境污染、资源枯竭等问题也日益严重。为此,以资源再利用和废弃物的合理处理为目的的反向物流迅速产生并发展起来。但现阶段反向物流的发展仍存在着规模小、组织乱、运营效益差等问题。为了更好的解决这些问题,在常规的共同配送条件下考虑共同配送与反向物流整合的运输问题,具有积极的现实意义。通过整合运输,可提高车辆的实载率,减少车辆用量,从而降低物流对城市环境造成的危害,并大大降低物流成本,提高物流效益和促进反向物流的发展。本文以共同配送与反向物流整合的运输问题为研究对象,重点是整合运输的车辆路径问题(VRP)。首先阐述了研究的背景、目的、意义、方法和思路,以及国内外研究现状,接着分析了整合运输的可能性和发展模式。主要分析适合整合运输的共同配送和反向物流的类别和特点,比较了整合前后运输总成本的变化和参与各方的利益变化,探讨了费用分担规则。在研究了整合运输物流节点设置的基础上,本文重点研究了整合运输的车辆路径问题。根据传统的VRP和别人对各类VRP的研究,建立了共同配送与反向物流整合的VRP数学模型。接着比较了各类VRP模型的求解算法,建立了适合整合的VRP模型求解的启发式算法的插入标准以及求解步骤。最后用模拟算例对共同配送与反向物流整合的VRP模型及其求解算法进行验证。本文的研究是共同配送与反向物流整合方面的一种尝试,希望对现代物流的发展和城市交通环境的改进起到积极的推动作用。

【Abstract】 With the development of economy, the standard of people’s living enhances continually, while a series of problems become more serious, such as traffic jam, noise pollution, exhaust gas pollution of vehicle, entironment pollution caused by waste materiel, exhausted resource and so on. Therefore, reverse logistics come into being and develope promptly. The purpose of reverse logistics is resource recycling and reasonable handling of waste material. There are still many problems in the development of reverse logistics, such as small scale, disordered organization, poor operation benefit and so on. To solve these problems better, the author consideres the transportation in the integration of common distribution and reverse logistics under the general condition of common distribution. This integrated transportation has positive realistic meaning. It can raise the rate of actual loading, reduce the amount of vehicle used in logistics, consequently reduce the harm that logistics works on the city environment, debase the logistics cost consumedly, enhance the logistics effectiveness, promote the development of reverse logistics.This thesis studies the transportation in the integration of common distribution and reverse logistics, the emphasis is vehicle routing problem(VRP). First, expounds the backdrop, purpose, meaning, ways and means of research, and actuality of research home and abroad, then analyses the probability and development mode of the transportation in the integratipon of common distribution and reverse logistics. Mainly analyses the classification and characteristic of common distribution and reverse logistics that suit to be integrated, indicates the changes of transportation costs and participator’s benefits before and after the integrating, studies the rule of cost sharing. Affter installing the logistic nodes for the transportation, the thesis mainly studies the VRP. According to the traditional VRP and others’research about VRP, establishes the VRP mathematical model. Affter comparing the algorithm of each kind of VRP, the thesis establishes the insertion criterion and heuristic construction procedure for the VRP mathematical model. Finally, verify the mathematical model and the proposed algorithm of the transportation in the integration of common distribution and reverse logistics by using simulated case.The study of this thesis is an attempt in the integration of common distribution and reverse logistics, which hope to promote the development of modern logistics and improve the traffic environment in city.
