【摘要】 公路网规划用地控制是从控制的角度出发,对已经制定的区域公路网规划方案中的每条道路的用地红线范围进行坐标定位和控制,从而直接指导道路工程的设计实施,减少今后工程建设的拆迁量,完善规划的管理控制工作。公路网规划用地控制是公路网规划的后续工作,作为规划执行的重要环节,它的实施充分体现了规划的价值,为规划的完成提供了强有力的保障。本文首先阐述了佛山市干线公路网规划用地控制研究的背景及意义,结合公路网规划的理论知识提出了公路网规划用地控制的概念,并在深入分析了其特征后,论证了公路网规划用地控制对公路建设的必要性。然后,在提出了佛山市干线公路网规划用地控制的思想和原则的基础上,研究了佛山市干线公路网规划用地控制的过程,并通过路网资料数据采集整理的研究和规划新路和旧路改造的设计研究,实现了佛山公路网规划用地控制范围坐标的获取,为用地控制工作的开展打下了坚实的基础。探讨了佛山市干线公路网规划用地控制使用的技术手段,并逐个研究了其理论和应用要点。而通过佛山市干线公路网规划用地控制软件系统实例开发,得到了公路网规划用地控制信息化手段的研发过程。最后,得出了本次研究的成果,并对公路网规划用地控制工作的实施措施进行了初步的探讨。希望本研究将为各相关规划管理部门提供一个公路网规划用地信息平台、方便的管理控制平台和科学的管理理念,为区域公路网规划用地控制工作的开展建立了理论研究基础和实践应用范例,为今后实现公路网规划建设用地管理控制打下坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The land use controlling of highway network planning is to coordinate position and control the space scope of the building redline of every road in the completed regional highway network planning scheme from the perspective of control. This method, thereby, can instruct the design and execution of highway construction project, perfect the management and control of project planning, and reduce removal in the future. Land use controlling is a subsequence of highway network planning. As a key process of planning execution, its application fully embodied the value of planning, and offered a strong guarantee for the completion of planning.Background of the research and significant of land use controlling of Foshan city highway network planning was firstly mentioned in this paper. After took consideration of the theory of highway network planning, the concept of land use controlling of highway network planning was put forward later. Moreover, this paper demonstrated the necessity of land use controlling to highway construction with in-depth analysis of its characteristics. And then, there are not only some research was done in the process of the land use controlling based on the raise of the idea and principle of the land use controlling of Foshan city trunk highway network, but also implemented the acquisition of the land use controlling scope coordinates of Foshan highway network planning according to the research of highway network historical material and data and old road reconstruction. All of these researches laid a solid foundation for the launch of land use controlling. Furthermore, the use of techniques of the land use controlling of Foshan city trunk highway network planning were discussed, and its theory and application key points were also researched one by one. Lastly, the research and development process of the land use controlling informatization was acquired from the development of software system of the land use controlling of Foshan city trunk highway network planning, and then, the results of the research with the preliminary discussion of implement measures of the land use controlling of highway network planning are delivered.As a desire, this research can provide a land use controlling information platform, a convenient managing and controlling platform and scientific managing idea for all relevant planning department, constructed theory research basis and application sample for the launch of land use controlling of regional highway network planning, and laid a solid foundation for implementing the construction land use management of highway network planning in the future.更多还原
