LonWorks监控网络设计及网络性能分析

【摘要】 现场总线技术是当今控制领域发展的热点之一,美国Echelon公司推出的LonWorks现场总线以其出色的开放性、互操作性,逐渐成为目前最具有竞争力的现场总线之一。实现LonWorks技术的关键在于开发LonWorks的网络控制节点。本文在分析、研究了以神经元芯片、LonTalk协议、Neuron C为核心的LonWorks总线技术基础上,开发出了一个通用的多输入输出(MIO)智能控制节点,并将其应用于实际控制系统中。本文开发的LonWorks MIO节点属于基于主机的节点类型,由包含神经元芯片的TP/FT-10F闪控模块和AT89C2051单片机构成。其特点是输入输出端口数目可以依据客户的需求灵活配置,非常适合于楼宇控制或者工业过程控制等应用场合。TP/FT-10F闪控模块作为一个总线协议处理器解决单片机与LonWorks网络间的连接和通信问题,2051单片机作为主处理器负责对现场设备的数据采集和处理。两者之间的通信采用神经元芯片的串行Neurowire对象的模式来实现。节点的软件编写完全依照LonMark标准,可完全与其他厂家的LonWorks产品实现互操作。接着,将已开发出的LonWorks网络节点应用于智能无线调光控制系统中,根据该系统的结构以及控制要求,除了应用本文开发的智能节点外,还利用了基于LonWorks技术的调光触摸屏节点,以及i.Lon100网络服务器。在上位机开发了基于WEB的控制界面,一方面实现了PDA或者手机等智能终端通过IE浏览器无线无级调光;另一方面,可以通过PC机进行远程网络控制,构成了完整的网络控制解决方案。最后,分析了常用配置属性的选择和使用对网络性能的影响,同时呼吁LonWorks的OEM开发商在开发自己产品的同时,通过添加丰富的配置属性来完善产品的软件性能,文章的结尾提出了从LonTalk协议角度入手研究网络性能的方法,也是需要继续完成的研究任务。
【Abstract】 The fieldbus technology is one of the focuses of development of current controlled field, local operation network LonWorks that was developed by American Echelon Company, because of its outstanding opening, interoperability, has gradually become one of the most competitive field buses at present. The key of realizing LonWorks technology is the development of the control network node. A kind of multi-input and output(MIO) general intelligent node is development and apply to the practically control system after researching the Neuron chip,LonTalk protocol,Neuron C language which are the kernel of the LonWorks fieldbus technology.The MIO intelligent node belongs to host-based node, including TP/FT-10F flash control module and AT89C2051 singlechip. The characteristic of the node is very fit for building automation and industry process control because the fan-out and fan-in are very flexible. As a bus protocol processor, The TP/FT-10F flash control module is connected between LonWorks backbone and single chip, AT89C2051 responsibles for the data collection and disposal from the field devices and the NeuroWire object communication mode is adopted. The software of the node is written according to the LonMark standard for the interoperability of the product. Then, the MIO node is used in one wireless light adjust system cooperate with two keypad nodes and an i.Lon100 server. Some intelligent terminals such as PDA, mobile phone can adjust the lights wirelessly through accessing the WEB HMI that is made in the upper-computer; also, the system can be accessed remotely through PCs. This is a whole network control solution.At last, the impacts of the network performance are analyzed because of the choosing and using the configuration properties, the author appeal to OEMs to append abundant configuration properties to perfect the software capability when develop the products. Another method of researching the LonWorks performance is put forward from the LonTalk protocol point of view, also is the task will be continued to complete.
