汽车覆盖件冲压模具CAD/CAE/CAM技术的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术快速发展和普及,CAD/CAE/CAM一体化技术广泛的应用到汽车工业中,并成为汽车工业中起主导作用的关键技术。本文以汽车覆盖件冲压模具为研究对象,对其CAD/CAE/CAM中的若干技术进行了研究。在CAD方面,针对目前冲模标准件库缺乏和效率低等问题,以CATIA V5和SQL Server 2000软件作为开发工具,建立了三维冲模标准件库CAD系统,实现了参数化设计。并以Visual Basic 6.0作为开发语言设计了客户端应用程序。实现了三维冲压模具标准件的自动建模,提高了模具设计的工作效率,缩短了企业新产品的研制周期。在CAE方面,以Autoform为软件平台,利用一步法的基本原理,对零件成形性进行预测。通过同增量法模拟结果的对比验证,表明这种方法具有较高的可信度,可应用于零件前期设计和工艺参数设计阶段,对产品的成形性进行快速的评估。并以汽车覆盖件拉延模具为研究对象,利用板料成形及回弹的数值算法,进行了覆盖件拉延模具设计、成形性分析及回弹计算,应用有限元技术对模具进行参数化虚拟调试,使得模具在制造前就消除了成形缺陷,提高了模具的制造水平。在CAM方面,利用电解-机械-磁力复合抛光工艺,针对具有曲面结构的典型难加工材料0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢模具进行了抛光试验。结果证明,这种方法可使模具表面粗糙度达到Ra=0.03μm,提高了抛光的效率和质量。本文通过对汽车覆盖件冲压模具CAD/CAE/CAM一体化技术的研究,提高了模具制造质量和精度,有利于缩短模具的生产周期。
【Abstract】 With the fast development and popularization of computer technology, the technology of CAD/CAE/CAM has been widely applied to auto industry and has became the key technology in this field. This paper presents detailed research of some technologies of CAD/CAE/CAM, aiming at auto panel stamping mould.In the respect of CAD, in accordance with deficiency and low-efficiency of part library of stamping mould, with CATIA V5 and SQL Server 2000 software as research tools, the CAD system of 3D parameterized part library of stamping mould is established and the parametric design is realized, and the client application procedure is designed. It realizes that the standard part library can build up models by itself and improves the efficiency of mould designing and shortens the manufacture cycle of new products.In the respect of CAE, with AutoForm as the software platform, It has finished prediction of part formability by applying basic principle of one-step. Compared with the result of incremental simulation, it indicates that the result obtained by one-step can be accepted. It can be applied in the part preliminary design, process parameters design stages and rapid assessment of formability. In addition, the drawing die of automobile covering taken as a research object, according to the computer method of sheet forming and spring-back, the design of covering drawing die, the analyses of formability and the calculation of spring-back are finished,and Parameter Virtual Debugging for die is realized, which make the forming deficiencies eliminated before the manufacture of die and also make the manufacturing level of die advanced.In the respect of CAM, aiming at the stainless steel mould with typical difficult-to-machine materials 0Cr18Ni9Ti and curved surface, the polishing test is carried out by the processing of electrolytic-mechanical-magnetic polishing,stainless steel mould which is made with 0Cr18Ni9Ti is polished. The results prove that the surface roughness of mould can reach to Ra=0.03μm and the polishing efficiency and quality can be advanced by this method.The method presented in this paper improves the quality and precision of mould manufacturing by the research of the Integrative technology of CAD/CAE/CAM of auto panel stamping mould, which helps shorten mould produce cycle.
