切削式PDC钻头钻速方程建立及其应用

【摘要】 随着PDC钻头的全面推广应用,PDC钻头使用水平很不平衡。为了挖掘PDC钻头的潜能,提高PDC钻头的使用水平,就必须针对地层特点,开展PDC钻头使用技术研究。即建立PDC钻头的钻速方程和磨损方程,提出PDC钻头的合理使用技术措施,以便达到高效钻井的目的。然而,PDC钻头的实际钻速受许多因素的影响,对于各种因素,到目前为止不能找出相应的令人满意的描述模型。首先,对钻井机械钻速预测研究所经历的阶段和具体采用的研究方法进行了简要的介绍。针对PDC钻头的结构特点,描述了钻头的切削过程和失效机理,着重对PDC钻头切削齿磨损的主要影响因素进行了分析。其次,本文通过对影响切削式PDC钻头钻速方程建立的单因素的分析,在大量的现场实验基础上,确定了钻压、转速、水功率、压差等钻井参数单因素对PDC钻头钻速和磨损的影响规律。本文创造性地采用可靠性理论,建立了PDC钻头的多元随机钻速模式和多元随机磨损模式;并以多元随机钻速模式和磨损模式为基础,提出了PDC钻头的钻进参数配合及合理使用技术措施。

【Abstract】 The reasons that PDC bit has not been used extensively and widely are potential features of PDC bit being not full displayed, and drilling parameters are not matched each other very well. In order to achieve the goal of efficient drilling and reduce drilling cost, it is necessary to establish the drilling speed model and wornout speed model of PDC bit. The corresponding and satisfactory descriptive model of drilling speed has not been established yet, in which all factors affecting on drilling speed are considered. The main affecting factor of cutter wear is analysed.The research phase and research approach are introduced. In view of structural parameter of PDC bit, the cutting action and failure mechanism are described, the main affecting factors of cutter wear are in depth analysed.In the paper, based on the massive experiment in the field, a lot of data about factors affecting on drilling speed are gotten and the factors are related with drilling speed and wornout speed of PDC bit. The multivariate stochastic models of drilling speed and wornout speed of PDC bit are established with the reliability theory. From field test data, coefficients of the factors are determined from field test data with the multiple regression method. On the basis of models, the technique and measurement reasonably using PDC bit is given and the method matching drilling parameters is proposed.
