【摘要】 随着科技进步、经济不断发展和人口迅速增长,人类对地球的影响空前加大,在人口、资源、环境与经济发展关系上出现了一系列的尖锐矛盾。如何正确分析和处理人与自然、环境、经济的关系,实现可持续发展,是人类面临的问题。城市作为人类社会发展到一定历史阶段的产物,是地球表面物质和能量高度集中与快速运转的地域,是以人为主体的环境系统。因此,研究以人类活动为中心城市经济、生态环境显得越来越重要和迫切。本文以城市经济系统,及城市生态系统为研究主体,运用SWOT方法分析了东莞市经济发展所面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。具体分析东莞市城市经济发展现状及其存在的问题,同时在借鉴国内外专家通过能值分析研究区域生态经济系统的基础上,结合东莞城市生态系统的实际情况,对东莞城市能流、物流、货币流等基本生态流进行能值分析,应用能值分析为理论基础,借助太阳能值转换率,计算出东莞城市生态系统基本生态流的太阳能值,把各种不同等级、不同类别的能量统一成可以比较的能值;通过分析,得到一系列可反映环境和经济的能值指标,同时与全国其他地区相应系统进行能值比较分析,综合分析东莞城市自然环境基础、能源利用情况、经济特征以及环境与能源消耗的关系。针对东莞城市经济发展及生态存在的状况,提出东莞市可持续发展对策——发展循环经济。以循环经济为基础,为构建生态东莞,从大、中、小循环具体规划,把东莞城市打造成环境友好、资源节约型社会而努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the progress of science and technology, economic development and rapid population growth, Human-being has effected our earth hugely. There are a series of sharp conflicts between population, resources, environment and the relangtionship of economic development ,We are facing these problems that how to correctly analyze and handling the relationship between man and nature, the environment and economic to achieve sustainable development. The city is the product which is our human society has developing on a certain historical stage , It is the place that is earth’s surface matter and the energy high degree of concentration and the fast revolution region, and it is the artificial main body environment system .Therefore, It is very important and urgent for researching the city economy and ecological environment. The economic system and the urban ecosystem as this thesis’s main researching part.Using SWOT analysis of the advantages ,disadvantages ,opportunities and challenges of economic development in Dong guan City. To specific analyse the Dongguan city’s economic development and the problems that exist, To base on drawing on the home and abroad experts who have researched the region’s ecological ecal of the economic system by energy analysis’method.Based on light of the actual situation in Dongguan city’s ecological system . We analyse the basic eclogoical as enegy flow, logistics, currency flow.Applicating of theoretical analysis of the energy infrastructure, relying on solar conversion rate. Dong guan city’s ecological system calculated basic ecological value of the solar energy flow, and various grades different types of energy can be unified into a comparable value; Through analysis, The range reflects the economic environment and energy indicators with the other parts of the country, while the corresponding comparative analysis of energy systems, comprehensive analysis of the natural resource base in Dong guan City, energy utilization, economic characteristics and the relationship between the environment and energy consumption.
