【摘要】 我国的城市混合型社区是改革深化和现代化进程中的产物。由于人口背景的复杂性,特别是他们在文化上的差异,混合型社区的冲突与矛盾不断,最根本的原因是外迁入者虽然进入了社区,但是没有从文化上进行融合。只有文化的趋同才能使一致性的整体行动成为可能。本文通过调查、访谈和实地考察相结合的方法从文化的三个层面,即物质文化、精神文化和制度文化这几个层面探讨润安小区的文化融合情况。其中,对精神文化层面这一社区文化结构的核心层的文化融合作了重点研究。并从宏观、中观和微观三个层次对社区文化融合过程中产生的诸多问题,比如社区认同意识薄弱;制度、规则执行与传播不足;社区对居民的组织不够;参与自主性的缺失;心理歧视的存在等进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In our country, the city mixed community is the production of modernization and the profundity of the reform. Because of the complexity of the population’s background, the confliction and contradiction in the mixed community never stop. The essential reason is that the immigrants have entered ,but they have not fused in culture. Only the concord of culture can lead to the same action.We will discuss the culture fusion in RunAn Community on three stratifications, those are substance culture、spirit culture and institution culture. Among them, spirit culture lever is the core and produces the most important affections. So this thesis will put the point on spirit culture fusion. For so many questions produced in the procession on Community Culture Fusion ,such as lack of initiative participation;week sense of community approval confirm;discrimination of psychology.
