【摘要】 同性恋人群作为一个亚文化群体,一直以来不为社会上大多数人所接受而游离于主流文化之外。从全球看,近几年来同性恋者为争取自身平等地位和权利的斗争愈演愈烈,使其不可避免地成为一个重要研究命题。但是在中国,同性恋现象虽然存在已久,直到如今这一群体的伦理困境却依然是我国伦理学研究领域的一个盲点。本文试图通过对同性恋者伦理困境的分析,探究其困境的成因,以期为同性恋者摆脱困境找到出路。在异性恋占主导地位的社会大环境中,同性恋者由于特殊的性行为方式,面临最大的伦理困境表现为自我否定的痛苦与压力。一方面同性恋者自己无法改变自己的性取向,其性定向很明确;另一方面,这一性定向又与社会占主导地位的伦理规范不相容,这使得他们经常处于性的冲动、追悔和苦恼的矛盾之中。究其原因,同性恋者伦理困境与我国传统孝道与耻感文化特质息息相关。因此,同性恋者走出伦理困境的路径在于社会公正与道德宽容。彰显对同性恋者的人道主义的关怀,是我们正确对待同性恋者的“应然”要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 As to be a minor-cultural community, Homosexuals always have been not accepted by the majority and divorced from the mainstream of the culture. Globally, in recent years, the fights for the equal law position of themselves and the marriage right of homosexuals go more and stronger so that it inevitably becomes an important subject for study. But in China, although the phenomenon of homosexuality has existed for a long time. Up to now this group of ethical dilemma it is still a blind spot of our Ethics. This paper attempts to find a way out of the ethical dilemma through analysis of homosexuality ethical dilemma, and exploration of the causes of their plight.In heterosexual dominated the social environment, as a special sexual way, homosexual persons face the greatest ethical dilemma for the performance of self-negation of pain and pressure. One hand, homosexuals themselves are unable to change their sex and their sexual orientation is clear; the other hand, the sexual orientation is incompatible with the community ethical norms which is dominant, which makes them often be the dilemma of the impulse of sex and vexing. Tracing it to its cause, they are closely related with filial piety of tradition and shame culture characteristics. Therefore, the path that homosexuals are out of ethical dilemmas is social justice and moral tolerance .Homosexual humanitarian concern is the correct attitude towards homosexuals“natural”requirements.更多还原
