【摘要】 随着我国经济水平的提高,国际国内商务与休闲旅游以异常迅猛的速度发展,我国进入大众化旅游时期,经济型连锁酒店在此带动下也如雨后春笋般迅速成长。雅高、圣达特等众多国际知名酒店集团旗下的经济型连锁酒店品牌纷纷进入中国市场,抢占新的商机;同时国内的锦江酒店集团、如家快捷酒店集团也在快速扩张,力求在这一酒店新业态的竞争中抢占先机。近年来,经济型连锁酒店在国内扩张速度之快是学者和业界人士都为之惊奇的。本文试图在地理学、经济学、管理学的基本理论支撑下,探索经济型连锁酒店在国内发展的几种空间扩张模式,并结合我国几家具有代表性的经济型连锁酒店的空间扩张实际进行实证研究。本文侧重于从宏观的角度来探讨经济型连锁酒店的空间扩张,包括空间扩张的动力机制、分布特征以及实现模式,这样将更有利于全面了解经济型连锁酒店空间运动的实质。第一章引论部分探讨了本文的选题背景、研究意义与研究重点、研究方法与技术路线并对相关概念进行了界定。第二章探讨了我国经济型连锁酒店空间扩张研究进展,指出我国经济型连锁酒店的研究尚处于初始阶段,指导性实践性不强;同时提出了本文研究的理论基础,本文主要是在地理学、经济学和管理学一些相关理论的指导下进行,很好地将这些理论结合运用。第三章深入分析了经济型连锁酒店发展的宏观背景;并从宏观经济发展、区域发展、企业拓展等角度综合探讨了经济型连锁酒店扩张的动力机制;接着分析了经济型连锁酒店目前在国内的空间分布特征,为后文的研究奠定了基础。第四章为本文的核心章节,全面分析了多家在国内具有代表性的经济型连锁酒店的空间扩张模式,指出单核内聚模式、单核扩张模式、双核扩张模式、跃迁式单核扩张模式、跃迁式多核扩张模式将成为经济型连锁酒店的空间战略选择;同时探讨了各扩张模式的理论思考和适用范围;接着指出了经济型连锁酒店在空间扩张中应注意的问题。第五章,笔者对本文进行了总结,提出了本文的创新之处以及有待进一步研究的领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with economy development, the international and domestic commerce tourism, and the leisure tourism developed in an exceptional speed, our country enters the period of mass tourism. The economy hotel chain also grows rapidly under the traveling impetus. Some famous international economy hotel chains entered the Chinese market in abundance; Simultaneously, the domestic economy hotel chains, such as JinJiang Group and Home Inn Group, also started to prepare for fast expansion. Economy hotel chain’s rapid expansion speed is beyond the scholar and the industry professionals’expectation. This paper attempted to explore several kinds of spatial expansion pattern supported by the geography, the economic and the management fundamental theory, and unified several representative economy hotel chains’reality to conduct the real diagnosis research.This paper discussed the spatial expansion from the macro standpoint, including motive mechanism,distribution characteristic as well as the operational pattern. It will be more advantageous to understand economy hotel chains’space motion essence.ChapterⅠdiscussed the topic background, research meaning and key research points, the research technique and the research route, limited the related concepts.ChapterⅡdiscussed the research progress, pointed out the research on economy hotel chain is still at the preliminary stage, the guidance practicality was not strong; Then it proposed the basic studying theories, pointed out that this research is mainly under the direction of geography, the economic and the management theories.ChapterⅢanalyzed the economy hotel chain’s macroscopic development background; and from the developing points of economy, region developmental strategy, enterprise development, it discussed the developing motive mechanism; Then it analyzed the domestic spatial distribution characteristic. This chapter has laid the foundation for the further research.ChapterⅣis the core chapter, comprehensively analyzed many representative economy hotel chains’spatial expansion patterns, simultaneously pointed out each expansion pattern’s theory ponder and applicable scope.ChapterⅤ, the author carried on the summary to this article, proposed the innovation as well as the domain for further studies.更多还原
