【摘要】 信息统一编码体系是企业实施信息化的基础,然而目前各企业中的信息编码尚存在一些普遍问题,因此根据企业情况对信息编码进行深入研究具有重要的意义和实用价值。本文以某大型企业所涉及的信息资源为研究对象,针对企业多品种、小批量的生产特点,对信息分类与编码体系结构进行了研究,设计开发了满足企业需要的信息编码管理系统。本文的主要研究工作如下:1.阐述了信息分类编码的系统理论,研究了信息编码结构体系,针对企业需求提出分类编码与信息识别码相平行的编码方案。该方案具有较强的灵活性和较广的适用性,利用事物特性表实现了对对象以及对象实例的精确描述。并基于面向对象技术构建了面向企业信息资源的信息编码模型,为企业标准化建立了统一编码体系。2.提出了编码业务流程及相应业务角色,可有效地限制流水码的快速膨胀,消除“一码多物”现象,减少“一物多码”现象的发生,并确保各信息系统的高效运行和系统间的集成。3.研究了信息编码系统的设计原则和设计内容,并利用J2EE技术架构开发出了基于B/S结构的信息编码管理系统,实现了编码查询、申请、管理等功能以及与CAD、PDM等系统的集成接口。该系统已在某大型企业获得成功应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The uniform information coding is the basic of enterprise information integration. There are still some common problems in the information coding of each enterprise at present, thus the systematical studies on the information coding according to the enterprise have not only the important significance, but also a practical value. In this paper, the structure of information classifying and coding system is researched based on the information resource and product feature of the enterprise. The main research work and the results obtained are as follows.1. The theory of the information classifying and coding are introduced and the structure of the information coding system is researched. A coding precept that the classifying codes are parallel with the information identifying codes is put forward according to the requirement of enterprise with higher flexibility and wider adaptability. The precise description of object and the object instance is realized by using tabular layouts of article characteristics. And the information coding model of enterprise information resource is built up based on the object-oriented technology, thus the uniform coding system is established for the enterprise.2. The coding operation flow and corresponding operation parts are presented. This flow can restrict the fast inflation of sequence code effectively and solve the serious problem that one part has different codes. It can also ensure the highly efficient work and integration between each system.3. The principle and the content of information coding system design are researched. Parts’coding system based on B/S structure is developed by using J2EE specification as software platform, where code query, code application, code management and their integration interfaces into CAD and PDM are also realized.
