分布式供电网故障录波系统设计

【摘要】 当前电力系统供电网的规模正在不断扩大,随着区域网络的互联,电力系统行为将会越来越复杂。作为对供电网暂态故障过程的记录设备,故障录波系统也在不断发展更新,对其运行速度及准确程度也提出了更高的要求。论文详细地介绍了一种基于分布式结构的供电网故障录波系统,准确地说是供电网故障录波系统中的嵌入式故障录波装置。整个故障录波系统采用分布式的结构,嵌入式的故障录波装置主要功能是完成对故障暂态数据的采集、启动录波的判断以及网络数据的传输,而数据分析的功能则集中到后台管理机实现。它适合于220~500kV电压等级的电力系统故障录波。采用32位RISC微处理器ARM和高速DSP并行工作;FPGA实现数据采样控制器,保证采样精度及采样同步;可以记录36路模拟量和80路开关量;采用分布式、模块化设计,分散安装在机柜中,同时通过10M/100M以太网连到一台所级计算机或远程传送到调度中心。系统采用了嵌入式多任务操作系统uClinux,具有完善的网络功能和出色的文件系统。由于uClinux是非实时操作系统,故使用RTlinux补丁改善系统的实时性能。目前,该系统的硬件设计、调试以及硬件驱动编写工作已经完成。uClinux操作系统移植工作已经完成。应用软件编写基本完成,并可通过网络完成命令传输或程序文件传输。

【Abstract】 Currently, along with the electric power system’s magnification and LAN interlink, the performance of power system becomes increasingly complicated. The fault diagnosis and recording system, as the recording equipment of electrical power system temporary fault process, is incessantly developing and updating. And also make the advanced request to the speed of operation and accurate grade.The paper in detail introduces one kind electric power system’s fault diagnosis and record system which based on the distributed structure, exactly it is one kind embedded fault recording device. The whole system is based on the distributed structure, the main function of embedded fault recording device includes fault data acquisition, fault-startup criterion and network data transfers, and data analysis function realizes by the backstage supervisor. It suits in 220~500kV voltage rank electrical power system fault recording. Uses 32-bit RISC microprocessor ARM and the high speed DSP multi-tasking; Use FPGA to design the hardware data sampling controller, to ensure the sampling precision and the sampling synchronization; May record 36 groups analog signals and 80 groups switches signals; Uses distributed and modular design, may dispersedly install in the cabinet, at the same time linked to a management computer or transfer data to the far control center through the 10M/100M Ethernet.The system adopts embedded Multi-task operating system uClinux, which has consummate network function and splendid file system. Because uClinux is not a real-time operating system, we uses RTlinux patch to improve system real-time performance.At present, the hardware system design, the debugging work and the hardware drive have already completed. The uClinux operating system transplant work has already completed. The application software has basic completed and we can use Ethernet to complete the transfers of command or procedure document.
