【摘要】 自动测试系统(ATS)指在人工最少参与的情况下,能自动进行测量、数据处理,并以适当方式显示或输出测试结果的系统,整个测试工作通常都是在预先编制好的测试程序控制下自动完成的[9]。随着航空技术的发展,对测试设备的要求日益提高,具体表现在:测试参数多,范围广;测量的参数准确度高;测试系统的功能强,灵活性高等。而一些传统的测试设备往往存在着自动化程度低、检测精度不高,测量范围不全面等缺点。地平仪是一种用来测量飞机姿态角(俯仰角和倾斜角)的仪表,是飞机上最重要的仪表之一,其性能好坏对飞行安全至关重要。本文介绍针对BDP-4地平仪的一种新型自动测试系统。论文在介绍BDP-4地平仪的结构与工作原理的基础上,详细分析了各项性能指标的测试方法。然后提出了测试系统的总体设计方案,继而详细叙述了测试系统各组成部分的设计原则、测控机箱的总体设计以及二次可调电源的设计。论文还着重论述了测试软件的总体设计、界面设计和部分测试流程设计,以及数据库设计和数据查询与处理程序设计等。论文最后讨论了系统的调试过程,并对测试结果进行了分析。本文所设计的BDP-4地平仪自动测试系统具有测量精度高、自动化及智能化程度高等优点,已在各航空维修厂投入使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Automated test system (ATS) is one that can carry out measurement, data processing automatically and display or output test results in appropriate way under less human participation. The entire testing work is accomplished automatically by the testing program which has programmed in advance. With the development of aeronautical technology, the requirement to testing technology and equipment improves gradually, which concretely shown in more test parameters, broader test range,higher accuracy,greater capacities and higher flexibility. But at present for some test systems, the automation and testing accuracy are low and measuring range is not all-round.The horizon as one of the most important airborne equipment is used to reflect the airplane’s pose, and its performance is critical to flight safety. The paper discusses a new kind of ATS for horizon BDP-4.The paper firstly analyzes the testing methods of various properties in detail, based on the introduction of the structure and operation principle of horizon BDP-4. Then the design scheme of the test system is presented. The design rule of each part and the design of the switching equipment and the secondary adjustable power supply are discussed. The design of testing software, some test processes, database and data inquiring and processing program are also given in emphasis. Finally, the process of debugging and the analysis of testing results are discussed.The ATS of horizon BDP-4 designed in this paper with the characteristics of high measuring precision, automation and intelligent level has been used in aeronautic service factories.更多还原
