推挽正激式高频环节逆变器研究

【摘要】 提高逆变器开关频率可以减小变压器和滤波器体积和重量,但是功率管高频开关带来较高的开关损耗和电磁干扰。高频脉冲直流环节逆变器可以在不增加逆变器拓扑复杂程度的情况下实现逆变器的软开关,解决了高频逆变器开关损耗较高和电磁干扰问题。本文结合推挽正激直流变换器和高频脉冲直流环节逆变器的优点,提出了一种适用于低压大电流输入场合的推挽正激式高频环节逆变器。在比较几种逆变器的控制方法后,将SPWM控制方法应用于该逆变器,使逆变桥在无能量回馈时可以按照输出电压频率开关,减少了开关频率,从而减小开关损耗,提高变换效率。而且相对于电流滞环控制方式,SPWM控制方式的推挽正激式高频环节逆变器输出电压谐波含量更低,可以简化输出滤波器的设计。因此,采用SPWM控制的推挽正激式高频环节逆变器具有可以承受较大输入电流,逆变桥功率管开关损耗低,输出滤波器体积重量小的优点。在详细分析该逆变器的工作原理后,本文给出了该逆变器的电路参数设计准则。应用SPWM控制方式和给出的电路设计准则,将SPWM控制的推挽正激式高频环节逆变器应用于航空电源(27VDC/115V400HzAC)场合进行实验研究。实验验证了理论分析的正确性,证明了该逆变器具有逆变桥功率管开关损耗低和输出滤波器体积重量较小的优点。

【Abstract】 The inverter has smaller and lighter transformer and filter with high frequency switching,but high frequency switching brings high switching loss and EMI.The inverter with high frequency pulse DC link can reduce switching loss and EMI by soft switching,but it doesn’t increase complexity of the circuit topology.A high frequency link Push Pull Forward(PPF) type inverter is proposed in this paper,which have the advantages of the Push-Pull DC converter and the high pulse DC link inverter.Comparing with several other control methods,SPWM control method can simplify design of filter circuit,reduce the bulk of filter in the high frequency link Push Pull Forward type inverter.It also reduces numbers of power MOSFET switching,then reduces switching loss and improves efficiency of the inverter.Comparing a high frequency link Push Pull Forward type inverter of hystersis current control,a high frequency link Push Pull Forward type inverter of SPWM control can reduce harmonic voltage and simply filter design.Thus there are many advantages in the high frequency link Push Pull Forward type inverter with SPWM control method,as the inverter can support bigger inputting current and has lower switching cost and smaller filter.The technique of designing the inverter is offered after analyzing principle of the inverter in this paper.Using the given technique of design and the SPWM control method,the theory analysis about the inverter is proved correct.The experimental results show that the inverter have advantages of lower switching cost and smaller filter.
