【摘要】 21世纪是质量的世纪。现代市场的激励竞争和社会化大生产方式对企业质量管理提出了全方位、整体性、综合性的客观要求。本文将现代物流理论与质量经济分析结合起来,针对全程物流跟踪系统下的产品质量经济性问题进行了初步的探索,主要完成了以下四个方面的工作:(1)在现代物流理论和质量管理理论的基础上,将全程物流跟踪系统的思想和质量经济性分析方法有机结合起来,并借用“经济质量”的基本观点,讨论了全程物流跟踪系统下制造企业产品质量经济性所受的影响。(2)针对全程物流跟踪系统下的质量管理实施模式,提出了全程物流跟踪系统下的质量链管理概念,讨论了质量链管理的主要内容和关键技术,分析了对于质量经济性的影响,并利用IDEF0结构分析方法,构建了全程物流跟踪系统下的质量链管理信息系统模型。(3)建立在全程物流跟踪系统条件下制造企业中质量经济性分析的二级模糊综合评价模型。根据定性分析的结果,建立一套合适的经济性评价指标体系,将全程物流跟踪系统下的质量经济性及其各项相关指标加以量化,介绍了进行模糊综合评价方法的具体步骤。(4)最后,以目前正在逐步实施全程物流跟踪系统的常州轧辊生产的MC5锻钢冷轧辊为评价对象,进行了产品质量经济性的模糊综合评价。综合评价的结果符合常州轧辊目前的质量经济性状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality is the theme of the 21st century. Modern market is filled of fierce competition and the production mode is of being socialized and sizable. In the circumstances, enterprise quality management should be all-round, integral and comprehensive. In this paper, both the theory of modern logistics and quality economic analysis are used together to make a preparatory exploration on the economics of product quality under All Process Logistics Tracking System (APLTS). This paper mainly discusses the following four aspects:(1) Based on the theory of modern logistics and quality management, the idea of APLTS is combined with quality economic analysis. In the light of the basic viewpoints of the“Economic Quality”, the influence of APLTS on economics of product quality is discussed.(2) To the implement model of quality management under APLTS, the concept of quality chain management based on APLTS is presented. And then the major contents and key technology are discussed, the influence to economics of quality is analyzed. Finally, by using the IDEF0 structural analysis, a model of management information system of quality chain management based on APLTS is designed.(3) A model of two-step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the economic analysis on product quality under APLTS is built. Based on the result of qualitative analysis, appropriate indexes system of economic evaluation is established, which carried a quantitative study for the economics of product quality under APLTS and related indexes. And then, the concrete steps of the fuzzy model are described.(4) Finally, taking the forged cold roll of MC5 series for example, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the economic analysis on product quality under APLTS is presented. The forged cold roll of MC5 series is produced by Changzhou Roll Manufacturing Co. which has been implementing APLTS step by step.
