【摘要】 中共党内监督问题是我党在现时代的一个重要问题，它关系着中国共产党执政地位的巩固与坚实。而其中，中共党内监督的机制问题则是重中之重，党内监督是否能得到长足性发展的关键也就是在于党内监督机制是否能逐步完善。尽管党内监督机制是近年来才提出、使用的全新概念，但却并不代表在这个词诞生以前中国共产党的党内监督就没有机制上的问题，相反，也恰恰是因为此原因，才更需要对党内监督机制概念未产生之前的党内监督机制进行挖掘和分析。本文选择了纵向比较的角度，将中国共产党成立至今划分为新民主主义革命时期、新中国成立至文化大革命结束和新时期三个大的时间段来对来对中共党内监督机制进行研究和探索。从整体上来说，中共的党内监督机制是在曲折中发展的，它曾有过快速的前进，也曾停滞不前，甚至出现过倒退消失的情况。所以，在对党内监督机制历史轨迹的研究中，分析其前进、停滞、倒退的原因，则能够从中总结出宝贵的经验与教训，以此来指导中共党内监督机制的长远发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese Communist Party inner-party surveillance question is an importantquestion of our party in present time. It is relating Communist Party of China being inpower status consolidated and solid. But, the Chinese Communist Party inner-partysurveillance machine-made question is most important. Whether the inner-partysupervises can obtain the considerable development also lies in the inner-partysurveillance mechanism whether can gradually consummate. Although the inner-partysurveillance mechanism is the word that only puts forward in recent years, it did notrepresent there is no mechanism question before this word birth. The fact is on thecontrary. Also because of this reason, it need carry on the excavation and the analysisabout the inner-party surveillance mechanism before the inner-party surveillancemachine-made concept’s formation.This article chose a longitudinal perspective; The Communist Party of China hadbeen established until now divides into three parts: the New Democratic Revolutiontime, new China is founded to the Great Cultural Revolution ended and the presenttime to conduct the research and the exploration to the Chinese Communist Partyinner-party surveillance mechanism. Overall speaking, Chinese Communist Party’sinner-party surveillance mechanism is in its winding develops, it once has had the fastadvance, also once bogged down, even has had the situation which backed up andvanishes. Therefore, analyzes the reason which its advance, stagnates, backs up, thensummarize the precious experience and the lesson, instructs the Chinese CommunistParty inner-party surveillance mechanism by this the long term development.更多还原
