【摘要】 全球供应链管理环境下，生产的全球化和市场的全球化使配送作业在现代经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。供应链的运作方式从传统的“推动式”逐步向“拉动式”进行转变，同时，客户的需求更加多样性、产品的生命周期越来越短，所有这一切都要求商品更加迅速地进入市场。先进的思想和技术不断地被应用到供应链的物流运作中，直接转运运作正是如此，它将“准时制”理念应用于物流运作中并在配送中心内部得到了良好的应用。配送中心实施直接转运运作后，配送中心的信息系统也必须做出相应的改变以适应运作变化：传统配送中心的信息系统是针对配送中心功能进行模块设计的，它们建立子系统模块以满足配送中心相应功能的实现；而作为一种全新的配送中心运作模式，直接转运运作更注重流程上的优化和整合。本文即在对传统配送中心信息系统的功能研究及直接转运运作流程的深入理解下，对直接转运配送中心的信息化问题进行研究，并提出了直接转运配送中心信息系统各管理模块的设计建议，有针对性地研究了其区别于传统信息系统的一个重要特征——计划协调模块。本文希望新的信息系统能够对运作更具针对性，更好地辅助运作的效率提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the environment of the global supply chain management, the globalization of manufacturing and marketing has made distribution operations playing a more and more important role in the modern economic development. The supply chain operation has been changing from push to pull type. Customer demand has been changed more diversiform; product life cycle has also been changed shorter and shorter, all this changes require products to enter the market more rapidly. More and more advanced ideas and technologies are being applied to the supply chain operations; cross docking is one of them. It is a "just-in-time" operation and has been well applied to the distribution center.For cross docking has been applied to the distribution center, the information system of distribution center must make corresponding changes to meet the operation changes. Traditional information system applied to the distribution center is designed for the function, and the subsystems are set up to meet the corresponding functions. As a new operation, cross docking emphasize particularly on process integration and optimization.This paper is on the study of the information system corresponding to the cross docking operation, and the paper is based on the study of the traditional information system and the comprehension of the cross docking operation. The paper makes recommendations on the design of the new system and has a target study on its coordination module.Ⅰhope that the new information system can run more responsive to the cross-docking operation and increase the efficiency of the distribution center.更多还原
