基于DSP的光伏并网逆变系统的研究

【摘要】 随着人类生活水平的提高,人们对能源的需求也日益提高。太阳能作为一种新型的绿色可再生能源,具有储量大、利用经济、清洁环保等优点。因此,太阳能的利用越来越受到人们的重视,而太阳能光伏发电技术的应用更是人们普遍关注的焦点。在不久的将来,太阳能光伏利用的主要形式将是并网发电系统。高性能的数字信号处理器芯片(DSP)的出现,使得一些先进的控制策略应用于光伏并网的控制成为可能。一套基本的光伏并网发电系统一股是由太阳能电池板、太阳能控制器和逆变器构成。其中,太阳能控制器和逆变器是光伏并网系统的核心部分,本文针对如何提高太阳能光伏并网系统的转换效率,从建模仿真方面对具有最大功率点跟踪的光伏并网系统进行了研究。首先,概述了太阳能光伏发电系统的组成,介绍了目前我国太阳能光伏发电技术的应用。其次,使用MATLAB中的POWER SYSTEM BLOCKSETS工具软件建立了光伏并网发电系统的动态模型,并进行了仿真,给具体的硬件设计提供了极为有效的帮助。再次,通过比较几种常用的DC/DC变换器的工作原理,提出利用推挽式DC/DC变换器实现转换,对参数进行分析后建立了推挽式DC/DC变换器的仿真模型。MPPT(最大功率点跟踪)是光伏系统中经常遇见的问题。本文详细地分析了常用的几种MPPT方案,并提出了几种新的MPPT方案。分析了基于DSP芯片(TMS320F240)的光伏并网发电系统的控制设计思想。采用电网电压前馈和电流跟踪技术,建立了相关的控制模型,实现了网侧电流正弦化和单位功率因数。最后本文结合实际系统给出了SPWM的设计方案和软件流程图。
【Abstract】 Along with the improvement of the people’s standard of living, energy sources are needed increasingly for people. As a novel green and renewable energy, the solar energy is abundant, economic and non-pollution. So its application attracts lots of attentions and the solar photovoltaic energy technology has been the focus that people attend to. In the soon future, one of the main utilization of solar energy will be the photovoltaic grid-connected system. With the appearance of high-performance Digital Signal Processor (DSP) chip, it is possible that some most advanced control strategies can be used to the PV grid-connected system.Generally, a fundamental photovoltaic grid-connected system consists of the solar cell, solar controller and converter. In particular, the solar controller and converter are the hard core of the system. Aims at how to increase the efficiency of conversion for the photovoltaic energy system, this paper researches the PV grid-connected system with maximum power point tracking (MPP’I) from the simulation. The first part is an introduction to China’s present application of the solar photovoltaic and summarizing the composing of the photovoltaic energy system. The second part is a demonstration of a dynamic model of the grid-connected PV system with simulation, which is developed by using the POWER SYSTEM BLOCKSETS tool of the MATLAB. The model will help a lot in designing the real machine in the future. Third, according to a comparison of the working principles, a proposal is raised to use the push-pull DC/DC convertor to transform the voltage, instead of using other DC/DC convertor in common use. By analysing the datas, a simulation model is made. MPPT is the most common problem of the grid-connected PV system; this part gives a detailed analysis of some old solutions and proposes some new solutions as well. A control unit based on DSP (TMS320F240) rnicrochip for grid-connected PV system has been developed. The authors have established a control model adopting the feed forward of grid voltage and current tracking technology. The sine grid-connected current and unity power factor are achieved. Last, a detailed analysis will be given on the produce theory of the SPWM, a design pattern and a software flow chart with a combination of reality will be given as well.
