交流接触器触头动态响应的模糊综合评判技术

【摘要】 交流接触器是电力拖动和自动化控制系统中不可缺少的量大面广的低压电器产品。作为电机控制电路中应用最多的开关器件,使用中其损坏大多出自于触头烧蚀。在接触器吸合、断开瞬间,触头闭合时产生的弹跳,触头分断时产生的电弧等问题会降低交流接触器使用寿命。可见,触头作为电器的执行部分,其工作好坏直接影响开关电器的质量和性能指标。鉴于以上情况,本论文以CJ20-25型交流接触器为研究对象,利用光机电接触器动态性能测试装置,获取与交流接触器主要性能(电寿命、机械寿命及接通能力)密切相关的参数,针对交流接触器吸合的动态过程,对交流接触器触头动态响应进行模糊综合评判。论文首先介绍了模糊数学中的模糊综合评判法的基本概念,阐述了模糊综合评判法的思想和具体步骤。其次,分析了交流接触器的动态特性,对于一定结构尺寸参数的交流接触器,其动态特性取决于电源电压接通时刻的合闸相角。基于此理论基础,构造了反映触头动态响应的模糊性、综合性、多层次性的评判模型,并确定了模糊综合评判的评价指标隶属函数,隶属度的数值算法;对不同合闸相角下的触头动态响应进行了模糊综合评判,确定了最佳合闸相角。最后,用C语言设计了模糊综合评判计算软件程序,并举例给出实现方法。本文提出的模糊综合评判模型,满足实际工作对实用性、合理性、简便性的需求。研究成果对于控制改善交流接触器的动态特性以及产品的优化设计具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。本课题是结合国家自然科学基金项目“迎击式接触器触头动态响应不确定性的研究”进行的。
【Abstract】 AC contactors are widely used not only for motors but also in a huge number of automatic systems as a type of low-voltage electronic product. As the most frequently used electronic switch, the damages are mostly from the cauterization of contacts. During the start and break moment of the AC contactor, the bounce and the electro-arc of the contact result in shorten of the life-span. It is obvious that, as the executed part, the contacts’ working conditions has a directly impact on the quality and the characteristics of the switch.In light of the situations, using CJ20-25 AC contactor as the study object to obtain the parameters which closely interrelated to the important performance of the AC contactor such as the electro-life, mechanical life and the switch capability, this paper presents a technique to deal with fuzziness to combine these parameters into one measure that represent an overall estimate of how well the character was when evaluating the dynamic characteristics, namely the Fuzzy Evaluation of the Dynamic Characteristics of AC contactor. All these parameters are obtained by using of the electro-optical contactor dynamic testing device. The evaluation is specialized with the starting process.Firstly, the basic concept of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced, also the ideology and the detailed step are set forth; Secondly, analyzing the AC contactor’s dynamic characteristics with an important conclusion that for the certain dimension structure AC contactors, its dynamic characteristics are depend on the closing making angle of the voltage supply. Based on the theory, the evaluation model is structured answer for the fuzziness, comprehensive and multi-layer of the contactors’ dynamic character, and establishing the subjection degree function, so to calculate the value of the subjection degree. And the valuation of the contactors’ dynamic character with the different closing making angle is obtained. In addition, fuzzy decision calculating system is designed and implemented by C program, and partly illustrated on an example. This method lays the foundation of designing high performance of the AC contactor.This project combined with the national natural science fund project "study on uncertainty of dynamic response of contact of AC contactor" with the aid of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
