制造业销售物流精益设计

【摘要】 随着经济全球化的不断发展,制造业内企业间的竞争愈演愈烈,这种竞争促使企业必须加强管理、降低成本。为了实现管理的优化和成本的减低,“精益思想”被许多大型制造业企业采用,应用到企业的生产环节,并取得了很好的效果。但是伴随着生产环节成本的下降空间越来越小,促使部分企业已经把目光转移到企业物流的精益化。物流被称为企业的“第三利润源”,这片“黑大陆”的成本下降空间巨大,而作为企业物流重要组成部分的销售物流不仅成本下降空间大,还有着指导企业的日常生产,应对顾客需求的多样化,提高顾客的满意度的重要作用。因此,销售物流的精益化得到了制造业企业的重视。本文在“精益物流”思想的基础上,结合制造业销售物流的特点,根据对企业销售物流的分析,搭建了企业销售物流框架:精益销售物流目标、精益销售物流结构、精益销售物流功能、精益销售物流工具;实现销售物流网络的精益设计,根据企业自身特点选取恰当的销售物流战略,综合运用运筹学、优化理论等基础理论优化销售物流的功能;介绍了几种先进的物流技术(物流单元化技术、物流中心配套技术、信息技术)及其如何应用和如何选取,通过以上手段最终完成企业销售物流的精益化。最后的部分对某烟草集团进行了分析,通过上面的四个层次存在的问题,提出解决方案,完成对企业销售物流精益化设计的实用性的验证。
【Abstract】 With the development of economic globalization, the competition among manufacturing enterprises grows more severe, and the enterprises are forced to enhance their management and cut their cost under such competition. To realize optimized management and reduced cost, the idea of“Lean Thinking is adopted by many large manufacturing enterprises. The idea is applied in the manufacturing procedures with good result. However, as there is little space in the manufacturing procedures, some enterprises come to pay attention to“Lean Logistics”. Known as“the third profit resource”and“a Dark Land”, there is a big margin of cost reduction in logistics. Sales logistics, an important component of an enterprise’s logistics, not only has a big margin of cost reduction, but plays an important role in directing the daily production of an enterprise, meeting the diversified demand of customers, and improving the satisfaction of customers. Lean sales logistics is, therefore, stressed by manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of“Lean Logistics”, characteristics of manufacturing sales logistics and analysis of sales logistics, this paper establishes a framework of sales logistics: lean sales logistics targets, lean logistics structure, lean sales logistics tools; realizing lean design of sales logistics network, selecting proper sales logistics strategies according to the features of an enterprise; introducing some advance logistics techniques (logistics unitization technique, logistics central supportive techniques, and information technology) and ways to adopt and select; and finally realizing lean sales logistics of an enterprise through the abovementioned methods. The last part of this paper is focused on the analysis of a tobacco group as the proof of the feasibility of enterprise logistics lean design through studying problems in the aforementioned four stages, and proposing solutions.
