长条薄片刨花数控加工过程监测系统研究

【摘要】 长条薄片新型刨花数控加工技术是国际人造板工业走进我国的高新技术。本文研究的课题就是为了提高新型人造板的质量和档次,实现加工参数的智能化和数控化,从而提高加工高档新型人造板的附加值和增值率,实现加工数控化和高档智能化支撑。本课题来源于国家自然科学基金项目(30571455)—“948”项目“新型高强度人造板长条薄片刨花数控生产技术”研究的一部分。本论文研究的主要内容是通过视频处理的方法监测长条薄片刨花数控加工原料表面节子的外形以及检测长条薄片刨花的外形,达到确定节子位置和监测长条薄片刨花是否符合MLFB人造板加工规格要求的目的。论文中以原木节子和长条薄片刨花图像为对象,运用数字图像处理技术对采集到的图像进行修正、增强和边缘检测等处理,分别提取原木节子和长条薄片刨花的形状特征参数,总结其规律,运用数学的方法,分别计算原木节子的位置和长条薄片刨花的外形参数。提出了利用边缘检测、边界跟踪和快速欧氏距离变换算法来计算长条薄片刨花的参数,即根据其邻域像素所传递的最短距离的信息来计算长条薄片刨花的长度和宽度距离。并对检测结果进行了分析研究,为MLFB长条薄片刨花数控加工原料的切削和长条薄片刨花规格的监测提供理论前提和技术支持。本文以Windows作为平台,采用Visual C++6.0程序设计语言,以模块化技术设计了一套长条薄片刨花数控加工原木节子识别及长条薄片刨花形状参数检测系统,为长条薄片刨花数控加工监测系统的开发研究提供了良好的理论和应用基础。该系统利用实验室现有的硬件条件解决了原木节子和长条薄片刨花图像处理的关键技术。
