中小学教师知识管理研究
Research on Knowledge Management for K-12 Teachers

【摘要】 21世纪是知识经济的时代,置身于纷繁复杂的信息社会,如何有效获取、存储知识,进行知识的利用和分享,是对个体、团队及组织全新的挑战。知识管理理论的出现,为人们应对这一挑战提供了利器。对中小学而言,教师知识管理不仅对教师自身的专业发展有重要的意义,而且对学生学业水平的提高以及学校竞争力的加强也有很大的促进作用。教师知识管理存在教师个体、教师团队及学校组织知识管理三个层次,三者在具体实践层面上各具特点。教师个体的知识管理实践表现在:通过撰写教学日志、观摩教学、经验学习、交流讨论与个人生活史叙述等方法获取教师个人知识;借助教学知识地图与教师个人知识库存储知识;最终通过成果传播、Blog(博客)研究与视频案例等方式实现个人知识的传播和利用。而教师团队知识管理的重点是教师团队隐性知识的管理,教师团队要综合运用引出法、访谈法、接触法、深度汇谈法等多种方法与途径获取教师团队的隐性知识,并构建教师团队知识地图与团队知识库整理和存储团队知识,最终通过构建教师合作团队来利用和分享教师的团队知识。最后,在教师组织的知识管理方面,校长有着举足轻重的影响,校长要充分发挥“知识领导”的角色,采取具体可行的策略推动组织的知识管理。
【Abstract】 The 21st century is a knowledge-economy era. In such age, how to get usefulknowledge has become a sincere challenge to individual、team and organization. Luckily,knowledge management (KM) appeared and it became a vital weapon for the organizationand the individual to promote their quality and rival ability in knowledge society.Knowledge management also works in educational field. Effective teacher’s knowledgemanagement not only can help teachers to the professional development, but also makespromotion to the students and school’s comprehensive competition. This thesis analysisteacher KM from different levels, such as individual teacher、teacher team and teacherorganization, and each level has different meanings.Individual teacher knowledge management process consists of knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage and knowledge sharing. Firstly, individual teacher gets knowledge bymeans of teaching log, experience learning, discussion, and so on. Secondly, individualteacher store knowledge in virtue of knowledge map and knowledge base. Lastly,individual teacher uses Blog and Video-case to share knowledge. And to the teacher team,they should spend much time and use various means such as dialogue and discussion toattain tacit knowledge. Meanwhile, teacher team should also use team knowledge mapand knowledge base to store knowledge, and to share team knowledge by constructingteacher cooperate-team. Finally, the presidents play the most important role on teacherorganization KM, they should abandon their old administrative thoughts, and transferthemselves to knowledge leaders, and urge the successful development of teacherorganization KM by feasible practice.
