从钛白酸解废渣中回收钛矿的工艺研究

【摘要】 本文针对湖南永利化工股份有限公司钛白粉生产中酸解废渣的回收利用开展研究,目的是富集回收其中未参与反应的钛矿。研究首先采用萃取方法模拟浮选工艺,通过对油酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、水杨氧肟酸、苄基胂酸、苯乙烯膦酸、苯甲羟肟酸6种捕收药剂单一、最合理的组合搭配及MOS和ROB等药剂选择,药剂饱和使用剂量和最佳pH值工艺条件的实验,确定了从钛白酸解废渣中回收钛矿的最佳捕收药剂为ROB。ROB捕收药剂从钛白酸解废渣中回收钛矿的最佳工艺路线与条件为:先对酸解废渣进行水洗,水洗至矿浆pH=6~7,再在常温下进行浮选,浮选矿浆浓度30%,ROB药剂用量为1.2 kg/t,均分为两次加入,每次浮选时间10min。实现了在废渣品位为24.44%时,经浮选处理后矿渣中的精矿品位提高至46.86%,回收率达到85.46%的项目技术指标目标。

【Abstract】 The comprehensive utilization of the slag of Titania production wasstudied in order to recycle the TiO2 in the titan white acidolysis waste fromHUNAN YONGLI CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CO. LTD. The extract waywas applied to imitate the flotation technology firstly.Six collectors (sodiumoleic acid, sodium dodecylsulfate、salicyl hydroxamic acid、benzyl arsonicacid、styrol phosphonate acid and benzyl hydrozyl oxime acid) and twokinds of mix-collector (ROB and MOS ) were investigated. ROB was chosenaccording to the request of project technical specification in the furtherstudy.The best technical conditions of recycling the titanium ore from thetitan white acidolysis waste were determined. Washing with water topH=6~7 firstly, then carrying on the flotation process under the normaltemperature, the concentration of flotation mineral was 30%, the amount ofROB was 1.2 kg/t, added two times equally, the flotation time was 10 min.When the TIO2% of ore was 24.44%, the titanium concentrate can beenhanced to 46.86% after flotation, the recovery-ratio was 85.46%. Theflotation process was simple and easy to realize the technical criteria ofindustry.
