【摘要】 本文运用经济学、管理学、计量经济学的基本原理,以马克思主义的唯物辩证法为基本指导方法,用定性与定量分析相结合,规范分析与实证分析相结合,静态分析与动态分析相结合,历史分析与现实分析相结合的方法,对我国城乡居民消费差异以及相关性进行研究,并在此基础上提出了调节安徽城乡居民消费差距的对策和建议。本文在选题的背景、研究目的、意义进行了介绍基础上,研究了国内外关于城乡居民消费问题的相关理论,主要介绍西方消费经济理论、马克思主义消费理论和中国消费经济理论。同时指出了本文的研究方案和技术路线,并对可能存在的不足进行了预测。运用比较法对安徽城乡居民消费差异进行了分析,主要从消费水平差异和消费结构差异二个方面进行比较,其中消费水平差异包括生活消费支出差异、平均消费倾向差异和恩格尔系数差异;消费结构差异包括食品消费差异、衣着支出差异、居住消费差异、家庭设备和用品及服务消费差异、医疗保健支出差异、交通通讯支出差异和文教娱乐用品及服务消费支出差异等。采用定性的方法对城乡居民消费差异的影响因素进行理论分析,列举了三个主要因素:城乡居民收入水平的差异、城乡市场化程度的差异和城乡公共产品支出的差异等。运用计量经济学的基本分析法,采用逐步回归分析法对安徽城乡居民消费差异与其主要影响因子相关性进行研究。结果显示,对安徽城乡居民消费影响最大因素是城乡居民收入水平,次之是城乡市场化程度和公共产品支出(基本建设支出)。最后提出了调节安徽城乡居民消费差距的对策和建议:一从增加农民收入的角度来分析缩小城乡居民消费差异。主要包括依靠科技进步,调整产业结构,降低农业生产成本和加大农村剩余劳动力转移,增加农民非农业收入两个方面。二通过培养农民成为合格的市场主体,加快城市化、工业化来提高农村市场化程度。三增加农村公共产品的投入,搞好农村基本建设,改善农村消费环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 This dissertation makes a research on the differences between the consumption of the urban and rural residents in Anhui and their correlation, and based on this, points out the countermeasures and the suggestions that adjust the differences of the consumption in the urban and rural residents in Anhui, by using the basic principles of economics, management science and econometrics, depending on the Marxism Matter-oriented Dialectics as the basically directing method and talking the mutually combining method between the qualitative analyses, specs and positive ones, static and dynamic counterparts, historic and real construe.The firstly, we mainly makes an introduction to the background, researching aims, significance of the theme-selection, and points out the studying methods and technical routes being used in this paper, and makes a forecast on the possibly lived defections by the end.It introduces the related domestic and foreign theories about consumption in the urban and rural residents. It mainly falls into three parts: Western expense economic theory, Marxism expense theory and Chinese expense economic theory.We make an analysis of the differences between the consumption of the urban and rural residents in Anhui by using the comparison test, mainly carrying on the two aspects of comparison from consumption level difference and the consumption pattern difference. The consumption level difference includes life expense disbursement difference, average propensity to consume difference and Engel coefficient difference. The consumption pattern difference includes food expense difference, attire disbursement difference, housing expense difference, family equipment difference and thing and service expense difference, medical health care disbursement difference, transportation communication disbursement difference and culture and education entertainment thing and service expense disbursement difference and so on.We make a theoretical analysis of the influence factors for the differences of the urban and rural residents by the qualitative method, pointing out three primary factors: the difference of the city and countryside inhabitant income level, the city and countryside market degree difference and the city and countryside public product disbursement difference.We make research on the differences between the consumption of the urban and rural residents in Anhui and their correlation by the essential analytic method of econometrics. The result shows that the income level of city and countryside inhabitants is the biggest factor of affecting the Anhui city and countryside inhabitants and that capital construction disbursement of the market degree of city and countryside and disbursement of the public product are the second biggest factor.We point out the countermeasures and the suggestions for the differences of the consumption in the urban and rural residents .It mainly includes the following several aspects.Firstly, analysis is made to reduce the difference of consumption between the city and countryside residents from the angle of increasing the incomes which the farmers receive. It mainly depends on the advance in technology, the adjustment of industrial structure to reduce the cost of the agricultural production, to shift of the surplus labor force in the countryside, and increase the non- agriculture income of farmers.Secondly, enhancing the market degree of countryside by training the farmers to become the qualified market main body, speeding up the urbanization and the industrializationFinally, increasing the investment of the countryside public product, doing well the countryside capital construction, and improving the countryside consumption environment更多还原
