【摘要】 解决农村“三农”问题(农村、农业和农民)是新一届政府施政的一大重点,也是一大难点。要解决“三农”问题,最根本的是要实现农民的增收,要实现农民的增收,没有资金的流入是不行的。农业发展也需要资金支持,如何把资金引进农村,发挥资金在农业发展和农民增收中的重要作用,必须要用合理、有效的农村金融来解决。本文主要研究农村金融如何发挥作用,促进农村经济发展。本文力图分析和解决在农村经济改革中,农村金融与农村经济不相适应的理论和实际问题。本文侧重于中国农村经济发展的实际状况,采用实证分析探讨了农村经济与金融的关系,论述了农村金融组织体系、业务管理、外部政策和信用环境等方面的缺陷及改革建议。本文共分六个部分:第一部分介绍了本文的选题背景、国内外关于农村金融与农村经济发展的相关理论、本文的研究方法和创新点。第二部分介绍了农村金融的相关概念、农村经济发展的相关概念以及农村金融与农村经济发展关系的研究成果。第三部分首先对农村金融系统组成机构进行了客观的描述,分析农村金融的现状,分析我国农村金融的特性和存在的问题。其次,介绍了我国农村经济发展的现状及其对资金需求的新特征。最后,对我国农村金融需求主体进行了分类,介绍了各个需求主体特征,并对农村金融促进农村金融需求主体发展的现状进行了分析。从而,引出农村经济发展对农村金融的要求。第四部分主要运用Eviews软件对农村正规金融与农村经济发展的关系进行实证分析。首先对各个指标之间的相关性进行了分析;其次,运用最小二乘法得出了各个相关指标之间的一元线性关系;然后,通过单位根检验(ADF检验)、协整检验及滞后分析对各个相关指标之间的关系进行更加深入的分析,并对检验结果进行了说明。通过实证分析得出:我国农村金融对农村经济发展具有一定的促进作用,但效率相对低下。第五部分针对我国农村金融在促进农村经济发展过程中存在的问题提出了对策建议。第六部分对全文进行总结,指出了本文的不足之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays our new generation of governors is facing three major issues in Chinese rural society,which are in terms of "rural area", "agriculture" and "farmer".Undoubtedly the issue has never been ignored by government,which is the main topic of this government.Solving "the three rural" problems(rural area,agriculture and farmer)is a major focus the new of government policy,as well as a difficulty.To solve the "three rural" problems,the most fundamental thing is to increase income of farmers and peasants;To increase income of farmers and peasants,no inflow of funds is not acceptable.Agricultural development also needs financial support,how to bring capital to rural areas,play funds in agricultural development and farmers income’s increasing an important role,it must use reasonable and effective solution to rural finance.This paper studies how rural financial role to play in promoting development of the rural economy.This paper seeks to analyze and solve economic reform in the rural areas,rural finance and rural economic gap between theoretical and practical issues.This paper focuses on the development of China’s rural economy of the actual situation,using Empirical Analysis of the rural economic and financial relations, exposition of the rural financial organization system,operational management,credit policy and the external environment,and other aspects of the defects and reform proposals.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part describes the topic’s background,on rural finance and rural economic development of theory at home and abroad,research methods and innovations.The second part describes the rural financial concepts,development of the rural economy and the related concept of rural finance and rural economic development research results.The third part has firstly carried on the objective description to the rural finance system composition organization,analyzes the rural finance the present situation,analyzes our country rural finance the characteristic and the existence question.Next,The part briefed our country rural economy development present situation and its call for fund new characteristic.Finally,the part has carried on the classification country rural finance demand main body,introduced each demand main body characteristic,and promoted the rural finance demand main body development present situation to the rural finance to carry on the analysis. Thus,draws out the rural economy development to the rural finance request.The fourth part mainly carries on the real diagnosis analysis using Eviews software to the countryside regular finance and the rural economy development relations.First has carried on the analysis between each target relevance;Next,utilization least squares method has obtained between each index of correlation Yuan linear relations;Then,through the unit root examination(the ADF examination),cooperates the entire examination and the lag analysis carries on amore thorough analysis to between each index of correlation relations,and has carried on the explanation to the examination result.Obtains through the real diagnosis analysis:Our country rural finance has the certain promoter action to the rural economy development,but relatively low efficiency.The fifth part puts forward the policy proposal on China’s rural finance in promoting rural economic development process.The sixth part carries on the summary to the full text,has pointed out this article deficiency.更多还原
