河北省体育传统项目学校业余训练现状及对策研究

【摘要】 体育传统项目学校是我国体育后备人才培养的基地,对于优秀体育后备人才的发现、培养起着重要的作用。体育传统项目学校课余业余训练应是国家选拔、输送优秀体育后备人才的重要途径之一,是我国竞技体育项目迈向世界顶级水平的基石。怎样更快更好地缩短与世界体育强国的差距,大力开展课余运动训练,实现我国体育可持续发展,是我们亟待解决的问题。通过对现有各种关于体育传统项目学校的文献资料的梳理,发现对体育后备人才培养的研究比较多,对我省体育传统项目学校的研究还属空白。鉴于体育传统项目学校对于培养体育后备力量的基础性、地位和该方面研究的欠缺,调查体育传统项目学校的整体运行效果及其发展过程中存在的问题,将会对未来我省的竞技体育和群众体育的发展产生重要的影响。为此,笔者对河北省体育传统项目学校的训练现状进行调查,并在此基础上分析影响其发展的主要因素,试图为河北省体育传统项目学校的可持续发展提供一些参考依据。本文采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,以河北省613所的体育传统项目学校的体育主管领导、体育教练员以及学生运动员为研究对象,对河北省体育传统项目学校的业余训练现状进行调查和研究,分析体育传统项目学校存在的主要问题及其产生的原因,对美国、德国、俄罗斯的成功经验进行了分析,并提出相应的发展对策。本文对河北省体育传统项目学校的调查研究主要包括其总体情况、训练与比赛状况、教练员状况和运动员经费与管理状况五个方面。调查结果显示,河北省体育传统项目学校目前存在的主要问题是:1.体育传统项目学校总体水平不高,课余训练的目标定位不够明确。2.课余训练科学化程度不高,科研和科技服务水平较低。3.教练员训练水平有待提高。4.体育后备人才的发展空间较小。5.体育传统项目学校体育经费短缺,筹资渠道单一。6.体育传统项目学校参加高水平比赛次数太少,我省体育传统项目学校高水平运动员资源不足。针对河北体育传统项目学校存在的问题,提出了如下发展对策:加大经费投入,要进一步提高课余训练的科学化程度;增加比赛次数,扩大校际和省级交流;利用“体教结合”优势,拓宽体育后备人才的发展空间;提高传统校质量,并合理改善项目设置内容,搞好对口衔接;加强传统项目学校体育师资队伍建设,加大培训力度;进一步加深业余训练社会化程度;。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional project school is at the foundation position in training system in our country, plays an important role in discovering country extracurricular cultivating the reserve talents of sport. The extracurricular training ofutstanding sports of the traditional project school should be one of the important ways that the country choose, send reserve talents of high quality, and it is the foundation stone that athletics sports projects march toward the top level in the world. How well reduces quickly with the world sport powerful nation disparity, carries out the class-odd training vigorously, realizes sports sustainable envelopment in our country, is question which we urgently awaits to be solved.that of reserved personnel training of the track and field.Research on situation of the traditional project school is for the Present of the combining education with training , which is too less for the require of development.Investigation on the global effect in running and the relative problems existed it the process exert far-reaching influence on the development of athlete sports and nationssports in the future of hebei province ,based on the deficient research on its primary effect about the training system of the traditional project school.For this reason, the author carried on the investigation into the present situation of hebei provincial traditional project school. Attempt to propose some reference to its development based on the main factors influenced it;development by analysis the present situation.The thesis investgated the present situation and achieved some countermearsure by the method of document,investigation, mathematics statistic,logic analysism. The sports supervisior,coach and athletes in the traditional project school of hebei provincial traditional project school are the research objects . The thesis analyses the problems of traditional school , and through contrasting with advanced individual,such as Americia Germany and Russia, provides suggestion and countermeasure for the healthy development of Hebei Province traditional schools.The results shows that:The mechanism of management is comparatively outmoded; The sports coach’s whole quality is not high; The contradictions of the training and studying are conspicuous; Hardware facilities in theunder-developed area should improve greatly;More attention uld pay to the cultivation of track and field talents; The finance is the main factor ;limit it ,showed that too little invest and single fund-raising channel; There are few chances that the athlete participates in more high-level contest;It has sent so many outstanding talents for colleges and universities,but too little for the professional sports team. problems of traditional school,and through contrasting with advanced country provides suggestion and countermeasure for the healthy development of Hebei Province traditional schools .This thesis mainly includes five aspects: the general condition, funds and management condition, training and competition condition, coaches and athletes condition. The results show that Hebei Province traditional schools have faced four problems. First, The extracurriliar traininggoal in tranditional project school of hebei make a reservation enough clearly. View the situation as a whole,lack of quaulity of tranditional project school.Laying particular stress on the improvement of the sports level,the popularityis low; trains the system and remains to perfect further:Second,the degree of scientific training is not high.the level of scientiic reserch and scientific research and scientific and technological service level are low. Third, The sports coach’s whole quality is not high; fourth,the reserve talents of sport are limited at a small developing room through cultivating . Fifth, the lack of finance input and the unitary financing channel are the most serious problems. Last the traditional school infrequently communicate with each others;lack of high level of reserve talents of sport in Hebei Province traditional schools.Aiming at these problems of Hebei Province traditional schools have existed, this thesis brings forward improving measures and suggestions as the follow: Extend the financing channel,Attempt to run multiform operating pattern, construct the late-model traditional school; Offer more contest chance to junior athlete in order to improve athlete’s sports level,Ehance communicating and learning between all traditional schools of Hebei Provincne. Exert the predominance of the combination of physical education and culture education, widen the training space of reserve personnel; Enhance the teacher’s quality level, improve the scientific trainingand bring up the top-quality talents; adjust the distribution of, strengthen the constructing of traditional school, perfect the supervisory system;更多还原
