【摘要】 产业生态网络是一种区域性人工经济系统,也是当今世界范围内可持续发展的重要实践形式。它的构建主要是模仿了自然生态系统的结构和机理,目的是解决经济增长、社会进步与资源消耗、环境污染之间的矛盾。目前,国内有关产业生态网络的理论论述鲜有涉及,对理论应用的研究还是空白。本文在对产业生态网络的理论支撑进行了回顾与归纳之后,详细阐述了产业生态网络理论的产生、表现形式、内涵和自身特性,并在此基础上提出了理论的应用问题。进而,选取石家庄市为研究区域,基于作者长期调查积累的数据和搜集到的石家庄市产业资料,采用行业集中度法和区位商法,依次从集聚程度和集群程度进行两次筛选,得出石家庄市四个具有典型产业集群特征的产业,即医药产业、纺织产业、化工产业以及装备制造产业。结合产业生态网络理论,提出石家庄市产业集群的生态共生模型——产业生态网络模型,并分别对石家庄市四大产业集群发展现状进行了分析、空间定位和产业生态链网的规划,为石家庄市产业集群从产业生态角度出发的发展定位提供一定的依据。本文由五大部分组成:第一部分为绪论,介绍了本文的研究背景以及研究思路、方法和意义,是对论文的一个总体把握;第二部分为产业生态网络理论的详细阐述,包括基础理论支撑、理论产生、理论解析及理论应用等方面;第三部分是对研究区石家庄市的产业集群的识别,从石家庄市产业概况和搜集的数据入手,运用行业集中度和区位商两种数学方法对石家庄市的产业进行了两层筛选,最终确定出石家庄市的四大产业集群,这是理论应用研究的基础;第四部分根据第三部分的调查计算结果,基于产业生态网络理论,提出了石家庄市产业生态网络模型,并分别对石家庄市四大产业集群进行了发展现状、空间分布的研究以及产业生态链网的规划构建;第五部分为全文的结语。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industry Eco-Network is a regional artificial economic system and it’s also an important practical form for the sustainable development around the world in nowadays. Its establishment mainly imitates the framework and mechanism of natural eco-system which aims at settling the conflict between economic growth & social development and resource consumption & environmental pollution. At present, theories related to Industry Eco-Network are rarely mentioned and studies on the theory application are blank.After review and conclusion of the theory support of Industry Eco-Network, the paper particularly explains its origination, representing forms, connotation and characteristics, and then brings forward the application of the theory. Selecting Shijiazhuang as the study slot is based on the data and industrial information from long-term research of the author. By using industrial centralization proportion and locational quotient, filtering twice from centralization degree and gathering degree separately, it turns up four typical industries: medical industry, weaving industry, chemical industry and equipment manufacturing industry which all reflects the characteristics of the industry clusters in Shijiazhuang. Combining with Industry Eco-Network theory, it brings forward Eco-Symbiosis model of industry clusters in Shijiazhuang -- Industry Eco-Network model. After that, it analyses the development actuality of those four industry clusters from space position, also layouts the industry eco-chain network which supply the basis for clusters from the aspect of industry eco-system in Shijiazhuang.The paper is composed by five parts. The first part is the introduction which introduces the research background, idea, methods and significance which grasps the whole paper. The second part is the particular explanation of the Industry Eco-Network theory, including basis support, origination, resolution and application of the theory. The third part distinguishes the industry clusters in the research slot starting with industry situation and collected data in Shijiazhuang. After filtering all the industries twice by using two mathematic methods -- industrial centralization proportion and locational quotient, it finally screens out four typical industry clusters in Shijiazhuang which is the basis for the application research of the theory. The fourth part not only brings forward Industry Eco-Network model, but also carries out research of the development and space distribution of these four industry clusters and layouts industry eco-chain network in Shijiazhuang based on the result of the investigation in the third part and the theory of Industry Eco-Network.
