PMMA/SiO2杂化材料乳液改性天然橡胶的研究

【摘要】 采用二次回归通用旋转组合设计的方法,以PMMA/SiO2杂化材料改性天然橡胶硫化胶膜的拉伸强度为研究指标,考察了Na2SiO3·9H2O水解pH值、水解时间、丙烯酸用量以及活性含硅中间体在乳液聚合体系中的用量四因子对PMMA/SiO2杂化材料的影响,结果表明:当Na2SiO3·9H2O水解pH值为4、水解时间为130min、丙烯酸用量为3.5mL、活性含硅中间体用量为9 mL时PMMA/SiO2杂化材料乳液改性天然胶乳硫化胶膜的拉伸强度达到最大值29.80MPa;当Na2SiO3·9H2O水解pH值为4、水解时间为110min、丙烯酸用量为3.5mL、活性含硅中间体用量为9 mL时PMMA/SiO2杂化材料改性天然橡胶硫化胶膜的拉伸强度达到最大值26.61MPa;同时采用FT-IR以及激光粒度分析仪对杂化材了进行了分析,结果表明通过乳液聚合方法制备的PMMA/SiO2杂化材料符合杂化材料的要求。研究了PMMA/SiO2杂化材料乳液用量对天然胶乳硫化胶膜胶膜的力学性能、老化性能以及胶乳的胶体性能的影响,结果表明当杂化材料乳液用量为2.5mL/100g天然胶乳时硫化胶膜的拉伸强度达到最大值27.93 MPa;胶体性能随着杂化材料乳液用量的增加而呈规律性变化;老化性能有了较大程度的提高,贮存性能研究结果表明随着贮存时间的延长,粘度先增大后减小,而机稳则一直维持在1200s以上。同时研究了杂化材料用量对天然橡胶硫化胶膜力学性能、老化性能的影响,以及杂化材料改性天然橡胶的硫化配方,结果表明:当杂化材料母炼胶用量为5g/100g天然橡胶时硫化胶膜拉伸强度取得最大值27.65 MPa;杂化材料改性天然橡胶硫化胶膜的老化性能也得到提高;硫化配方则在天然橡胶100份、硫磺2.3份、硬酯酸1.0份、氧化锌3.0份、促进剂CZ1.0份时硫化胶膜拉伸强度达到32.48 MPa。最后对杂化材料改性天然胶乳及橡胶的部分样品作了TG-DTG、DMA分析,各样品的热性能及热机械性能没有得到较好的改善。

【Abstract】 The Quadratic general rotary unitized design was used in this study. 4 key factors that could affect the performance of NR: the pH value of sodium silicate when hydrolisising(X1), the time token by hydrolisising(X2), the dosage of acrylic acid(X3), the dosage of the activated-silicon-alcohol intermediate that added(X4) was studied. The results shows that the tensile strength of the NRL film modified by PMMA/SiO2 Hybrid Material achieved 29.80MPa when the pH value of acrylic acid was 4, the time token by hydrolisising was 130min, the dosage of acrylic acid was 3.5ml and the dosage of the activated-silicon-alcohol intermediate that added was 9 ml. And the tensile strength of the NR film modified by PMMA/SiO2 hybrid material achieved 26.61MPa when the pH value was 4, the dosage of acrylic acid the time token by hydrolisising was 110min, the value of acrylic acid was 3.5ml and the value of the activated-silicon-alcohol intermediate that added was 9 ml. PMMA/SiO2 hybrid material was studied through FT-IR and grain diameter analyser, the result shows that PMMA/SiO2 Hybrid Material prepared could satisfy the standards of hybrid materials. The mechanical properties, aging properties and colloid properties of NRL added with different dosage of PMMA/SiO2 hybrid material was studied, the results show that the tensile strength of NRL film achieved 27.93 MPa when the hybrid material dosage was 2.5mL/100g, the colloid properties changed regularly with the dosage of the hybrid material raised and the aging properties of the NRL film was improved. The study on the storing colloid properties shows that the viscosity and the heat stability raised first and then decreased slowly with the dosage of the hybrid material raised, and the mechanical stability was higher than 1200s. The mechanical properties, aging properties, and vulcanizing receipt of NR modified by different dosage of PMMA/SiO2 hybrid material was studied, the results show that the tensile strength achieved 27.65 MPa when the dosage was 5g/100g, the aging properties was also improved, and the tensile strength of NR modified by hybrid material achieved 32.48 MPa when the vulcanizing receipt was NR: 100, S: 2.3, stearic acid:1.0, ZnO:3.0 and CZ:1.0. The heating properties of NR and NRL films were studied through TG-DTG and DMA.
