【摘要】 本论文以甘肃省经济发展水平与潜力为研究对象,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,以定性方法为指导,以主成分分析法、聚类分析法、指数加权法、几何平均法等定量分析方法为基本手段,在区域经济学、发展经济学、产业经济学的理论基础上予以实证剖析。通过实证分析测算甘肃总体经济发展水平,经济发展潜力,省内各地区经济发展水平,经济发展潜力,中心城市兰州市经济发展水平,经济发展潜力,研究其现状、关系及经济综合发展的趋势。通过定量结合定性分析,揭示甘肃综合发展特征,希望对我省省情有一个充分、全面的认识。本文研究的核心是地区经济发展水平与潜力,而地区经济发展水平由经济发展水平、社会环境发育水平两个子系统构成;地区经济发展潜力由人文发展水平、基础保障水平、要素供应水平三个子系统组成,通过构建经济模型,采用主成分、指数加权等统计学方法,将相关的时间序列数据计算得出相应的综合得分,由此可以比较出各个年份的发展变化,以及各项指标的影响程度,为分析提供了相关的数据依据。根据对甘肃省总体经济发展水平与潜力的实证分析得出,资金匮乏、生态环境恶化是制约甘肃经济发展的重要因素;对甘肃省省内各地市的实证分析得出,兰州、嘉峪关、金昌等市发展水平与潜力都比较高,是甘肃省经济发展的重点地区;通过对中心城市兰州市的实证分析得出,兰州市虽然经济发展等各项指标都得到了快速发展,但是由于经济实力不强、城市发展空间有限等制约因素的存在,其作为中心城市的辐射和带动作用不明显,后劲不足。论文根据以上实证分析的相关结论以及通过对各个年份数据的分析比较后,提出了一些加快甘肃省经济发展的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis is Gansu province for research object, adopt to qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, with qualitative analysis method for leading, With principal component analysis, cluster analysis, index number adds power method etc. quantitative analysis method for basic means, give the empirical research on the theories foundation of district economics, developing economics, industry economics. The analysis of pass the empirical research measure calculate the Gansu economic development level, potential, province inside everyplace area economic development level and potential, the center city Lanzhou economic development level and potential, study its present condition, relating and economic comprehensive the trend of the development. Combining the qualitative analysis through a quantitative analysis, announcing to the development characteristic of Gansu, having a full, overall understanding of my province.This text research of core is the region economic development level and potential, region development level be constitute the economic development level and social economic environment growth level, the potential of region development be constitute the humanities development level, foundation guarantee level and main factor supply level .Computing related time sequence data through an economic model get a goal correspond, from here can more the development of each age change and various influence degree of index sign, provided the related data for the analysis.According to the empirical research on economic development level and potentials of Gansu province, the lacking money and the depravation of ecosystem environment are the important factor to restrict Gansu development; the empirical research of everyplace of Gansu, Lanzhou, Jiayugan, Jinchang is high places of development level and potentials and important development region of Gansu; Pass the empirical research of the center city Lanzhou, various index signs of economic development to get the fast development, but the economic power is not strong, the existence of the city development space limited . Thesis according to above analysis , related conclusion of empirical research and analytical comparison of the each age data, put forward some policy suggestion to quick the development of Gansu province.更多还原
